Great location and great views of the lake

Beautiful place , perfect location , beautifully decorated apartment .

The location is perfect and the host was perfectly helpful . He gave us great recommendations and the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking .

We were there in the highest of heat so the lack of air con was a problem especially for those sleeping in the mezzanine as the heat rises . Perhaps more powerful fans and all functioning . There were a few monitor issues but nothing that couldn’t be resolved to make the place exceptional . The shower is very temperamental and generally a bedside light of sorts is expected .

Overall, we loved the apartment, loved the location and absolutely loved Malcesine

I loved the location, the look of it from the outside, the look and size of it from the inside. Loved the balcony, the kitchen/dining area.

The only two things I could pinpoint was the air con situation and from that being uncomfortable during the night time when you're trying to sleep. If the air con wasn't hitting you personally then you was boiling hot and you wouldn't have a great nights sleep

Lovely apartment but would not return

The apartment was in a fabulous location with a beautiful view of the lake and harbour. It was very clean and well equipped.

No air conditioning so the accommodation was far too hot. The fans provided were inadequate. If you have no air conditioning make sure your fans are of a high quality to ensure your guests have a comfortable stay. We would not return because of this problem. Also no welcome pack - not even a bottle of water! - very poor! We were in Malcesine for a wedding so a lot of the guests stayed in various accommodation around the town and we were the only ones not to get a welcome pack! We were also charged 30 euros for arriving after 8pm which again no one else had this charge in other accommodations . Again very poor!

absolutely fantastic , Sandra was so welcoming and helpful I just loved the balcony at the front so much! I don’t think

the location was just the best imaginable , lots of space inside and plenty eating/ seating areas too.

the pillows were so uncomfortable - either huge rock solid ones or small flat ones no normal ones ? also unbearably hot. we all really struggled with the staircase up to the top bedroom - maybe it needs a 2nd railing ?

Amazing location, wonderful balcony overlooking the harbour, lots of space and comfort. Sandra who checked us in was very flexible and met us on our arrival. Hard to find fault. Spent most of the time sat on the balcony watching the world go by enjoying the view. 👍

Spectacular views, amazing place

Absolutely amazing apartaments in fantastic location with spectacular views ,comunication with owners and lady who looking after apartments was perfect ,no stress.Sandra met us by entrance door 12pm (a few hours earlier before check in time)showed us apartment and explained everything .Apartament has everything what you need. But biggest bonus little balcony with harbour ,mountains and lake views.I highly recommending this place to everyone who planning to visit beautiful lake Garda..

Heaven

This place is amazing , had great views of the harbour . Apartment is very well equipped , the size is excellent with plenty of room , ultra clean and a joy to be in , I want it , great location and I will look to go again soon as it was a wonderful break with a brilliant apartment , Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home .
