About this apartment rental

Approximately 60m apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Malcesine, a few steps from the lake and a 3-minute walk from the Scaliger castle and the cable car. Close to all services, shops and restaurants, suitable for families with children and couples for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Parking space at about 500m, for which there is a small surchase of 5 euros per day.
My guests have at their disposal:

large living room with direct access to the dining room
kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, melita, washing machine etc.
2 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and large living room with sofa bed.

Massimo met us at the port and escorted us to the apartment just 3 minutes walk away. The apartment is tucked away in one of the many small lanes right in the middle of the town. Despite being so central it is quiet! Air conditioning works perfectly which was essential as it was 37 outside! The supermarket is 5 mins walk; the old port 1 mins; Monte Baldo cable car 5 mins; the cutest beach 3 mins! Larger beaches and access to lake about 6 mins! The apartment is very pretty, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Sofa bed should you need it in sitting room: 2 double bedrooms; nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. No washing machine (this didn’t matter to us) but there is a dishwasher. Large fridge too. Highly recommend if you like being in the centre. Waking up and walking the quiet streets before the day visitors arrive is wonderful. Thanks Massimo- we had a fabulous time in Vicolo 15

We had a great time during our stay and the apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Very nice place and Massimo was very helpful. One suggestion would be to update the listing. The listing does not have a washer onsite as was shown. Massimo helped us and we were able to do some laundry at another location.
