The views from the balcony were just perfection. The apartment was 5 minutes to a great supermarket and a further 5 minutes to the tourist information office and bus stop for travel around the lake. The apartment was very well kitted out, it was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a decent size, there was plenty of hot water, the building was very quiet, and it was a perfect place to stay as it was only 10 minutes to the centre where there were loads of restaurants, shops etc.

There was a bit of too ing and froo ing about additional payments for cleaning (which they wanted in cash to be left on the table) and a cleaning deposit which was deducted from my credit card and subsequently repaid, which was confusing. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

The views of the lake were beautiful.

Difficult to locate keys. Didn’t think our departure should have to remove all the trash, isn’t that part of cleaning staff duty?

Flat is on 2nd floor with lift access and has a small balcony out front. It is high enough to have a great view of the lake. It is an easy 5 to 10 mins walk to the center of town. Nice large glass cabinet with lots of home style plates and glasses. Old fashioned washing machine which worked fine. Good windows on front and side to take advantage of the views.

Road outside is noisy in the day time if you are sitting on the balcony. The double glazing means noise inside the flat is OK in the day. At night there are less cars and the windows and shutters mean it is easy to sleep. Access to car park is tight and the car parking space is small. Don't bring a big car. Air con is centrally controlled and works fine. The fan is in the lounge/entrance area and has a high pitched whine but if the bedroom doors are shut you can't hear it. Bedroom furniture is quite basic wood laminate and I did not find the bed comfortable. Furniture on the balcony is also basic. Sofa in lounge is a traditional wood sofa which is uncomfortable. Wifi was a nightmare. Kept dropping, was so slow could not open Google drive (the hosts said it was a "strong wifi" but we did the speed test and it was incredible slow for the whole time we were there). If you want to work here or do anything on your computer then you need to hot spot off your phone. Leaving cash for the city tax was a nuisance and you would think it could just be added to the bill and settled through the credit card like everywhere else. I think most of these points have also been raised by other people who have left reviews.
