Beautiful town and lovely accommodation
Central location, good facilities
A guide for the accommodation, to include how to use air conditioning etc would have been helpful. Also ideas of local activities, were to put the rubbish.

Really nice place but no cleaning whatsoever
The location is perfect. The soundproofing of the room is really good. And the bathtub in the room was very pleasant and relaxing.
We stayed for six nights and the room was not cleaned once. There were also no cleaning agents that you could have cleaned yourself. Towels were changed once. The linens were not changed once during the six nights. The reasoning being that it was an apartment. Then again no washing machine.

We enjoyed our stay und would definitly come back!
Very comfortable und luxury loft. It‘s located in the center of Malcesine. The windows are well isolated, so the noises from outside are not disruptive. The check-in with the Hotel Castello worked very good and uncomplicated. The hotel beach can be used by paying an additional charge.
The kitchen could have some more equipment for cooking.

Nice apartment, bad client handling.
The apartment is beautiful. Top notch, with everything what you need. Kida luxury. The bed is super comfortable and everything is super clean. Nice interior and really good vibes. The bathtub is a super extra plus. Location is amazing in the middle of Malcesine. I wanted to give a 10/10 but I will not. See below.
I don't like how they handled my (a guest's) problem. They recommended me to park my motorbike to a specific parking spot. I got a fine from the police since it turned out it's not allowed to park there on Wednesdays. When I mentioned this they immediately told me that it's not their fault and refused to deal with the problem. It's simply sad. It's not a cheap place and they should keep their reputation. So if you will have a problem, don't expect them to deal with it. They of course just want your money. Problem handling 1/10.
