Amazing location Great host Perfect to explore Malcesine and explore more of Lake Garda. Really helpful host, even collected our bags from the apartment and took to our car. Free car parking throughout the duration of the stay.

Perfect location, great property, good price and perfect host

Property was very reasonably priced, in the perfect location next to the castle where the wedding we were going to was at. Host was excellent and went above and beyond and met us at 2am when our flight was delayed to greet us. Carried all our luggage up to the room and even offered to refund our parking we had to pay the first night because we were late. All round excellent and would highly recommend!

The host was amazing! So warm and helpful.

It was noisy. Some noise is expected with this very central location. Unfortunately our bedroom had a wall to the staircase, and other visitors would wake me up.

Comfort apartment in great location

Great location and spotlessly clean

Air conditioner was over the entrance hall door, leaving the hall cool and rest of apartment unaffected by it. Car park garage small and you have to give the owner the key of your car in case he has to move it.. a bit worrying when it’s a rental car

Awesome stop in Malcescine !

Loved being met by host he was fab - met us and after parking car drove luggage to our apartment its wasn’t far but was warm and a lovely gesture. He showed us around and explained where things were and off he went ! Lovely bloke and we were pleased with apartment - Clean / everything we needed / loved balcony and table area above the streets. Location is fabulous right in centre of old town / 5 mins to ferry / 5 mins to castle / 5 mins to swimming in lake ! / minute to restaurants and bars ! We will be back ! Thanks

Really good value for your money!

First impression of Cresotti was really nice! He was at the bus station waiting for me and showed me all the necessary places and things on our way to the apartment. Loved the location, short walk to everywhere. Super clean and quiet even if it’s located in the middle of Malcesine center/old town. I assume that the apartment was recently renovated, because everything was nice and shiny. There was no pool, but quests can use the one in other apartments owned by Cressotti. He even let me keep my stuff at the apartment until afternoon and take a shower after the beach before I moved ahead. Highly recommended and definetly coming back next year!

The only thing I did not like was that there was no balcony.

Perfect Italian stay.

The service from Constantino was excellent as he collected us from bus station. He took one of our heavy suitcases up the stairs to the apartment, offering to take my husbands afterwards, but he declined. So having no lift is not a problem. The apartment was like staying in your Nona's home from the 90's, but in a really good way. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a lengthy stay, including extra towels etc. The location was superb. Only 30m to the nearest (pleasant) bar and 100m to the old port. The views from the terrace were magical. Sadly, it was too hot for us to enjoy as much as we would have liked. We will be visiting earlier next year.

Beautiful apartment.

Apartment was right in the middle of the action of Malcesine. Easy walk to all essentials ie ferries,bank,restaurants and supermarkets. The host was amazing. Helping us with our luggage at check-in and check out.

Only thing missing was a washing machine in the apartment.

We had the best time.

The owner of the property could not have been nicer. We were dropped of at the main square in Malcesine 7.30pm and he meet us( husband and my 2 sons 12/10) there on arrival, walked us to our apartment showed us around and little bit of local information on the way. Roughly 2min walk. Stayed in apartment 4 fabulous view from the balcony clean, tidy all amenities, extra towels/blankets if needed. We stayed 6 nights did some cooking in the apartment fully working kitchen. If any queries or issues the gentleman is very easy to contact through WhatsApp. We had the best time.

Fabulous 2nd stay in Casa Cressotti, definitely not the last 😊

Perfectly situated in Old Town. We had 2 Casa Cressotti apartments, one very modern, one more traditional Italian. Both were scrupulously clean and everything you could need in an apartment was provided. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Very pleasant holiday in Casa Cressotti

The Apartment is located in the very center of Malcesine. The kitchen is very well equipped,there is even a filter coffee machine. In the night is quiet and during the day is cool thanks to air conditioning. The owner is very nice and helpful. The balcony is a nice addition to whole apartment. Little advice, get comfy shoes, because the center is cobbled. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Next to no complaints- great value for money

Amazing location, couldn't be more central We stayed on the 1st floor room 2, no lake views but good size balcony and chairs Owner was incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond Initially wasn't looking forward to staying as the pictures didn't look great but exceeded expectations and the pictures didn't do the place justice. Would go back and recommend to my future wedding guests to stay if they're wanting somewhere that's a reasonable price but a real Italian feel

Good value for money No major negatives-it was abit basic in regards to decor in the second bedroom but we spent most of our time outside and exploring the amazing area. Pillows were also firm but found this in all of the accommodations. Just being picky but overall I would highly recommend and come back again

Very nice apartment

The apartment made us very happy very clean and comfortable. Decor was authentic and traditional in keeping with the area and beautiful buildings. The views were gorgeous. Also loved sitting on the balcony at night with a glass of wine, did not need to go out.

Just one thing , I slipped in the shower one night and acquired bruises but it could have been worse. This can easily be rectified by providing one of those rubber suction pads which can be placed in the shower

Great place in the middle of the old town

Fantastic location in the middle of the old town, everything is in 5 minutes walking distance, including the beach. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and big. The terrace is also big and very good to have breakfasts there. The host is flexible and helped us to bring the luggage in the apartment.

As the old town is not accessible by car, we had to leave the car in an other location of the host. The host transported our luggage with his car so in sum that was not a big problem. The old town can be loud at nights, choose an other location if you want to sleep early.

Superb

Highly recommended. Apartment is located right in the center of Malcesine. On the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake and the castle. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the supermarket are within walking distance. You can use the swimming pool of another apartment complex 300 meters away.

Great stay, would love to come back!

Great location, close to everything. Magnificent view from the balcony (appt 5). Cute place that has all you need. The owner is very friendly and helped me with my luggage ( brought it to the busstation for me!)

Only a very small thing is that the hair dryer is very outdated and doesn’t work very properly. But that can easily be fixed and looking at all the very good things it doesn’t actually matter :-)

Beautiful authentic apartment in the heart of Malcesine

This apartment has the best location in Malcesine. You are within a 5 minute walk to literally everything- grocery, restaurants, marina, Monte Baldo cable car. The place has mountain and lake views from the balcony. Cressotti was very communicative and helpful with recommendations and driving our bags to the bus stop. I would not hesitate to stay here for your trip to Malcesine.

ideal location and highly recommend

location was PERFECT for everything

due to the location of the property there is a nearby bar that is open til early hours so I would recommend keeping the windows closed and taking some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The owner asks for euros for the property price so draw this out prior to your trip to Italy as the local cash points charge and have a terrible exchange rate meaning the cost of the property is more than booking.com states

The most amazing stay, fabulous apartments, would highly recommend to anyone.

The apartments were spectacular, so much space and so clean, the balcony had amazing views. The kitchen had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable.

The only recommendation is that the balcony doors had a lock on the inside and outside, only because we had a 2 year old that kept opening the door and going out on the balcony on his own.

I travel often in Italy, and Casa Cressotti is one of the best deals that I've come across. Superb!

Costantino was very attentive. He met me at the bus stop shortly after my arrival and took me to the apartment, located in the center of Malcesine. He told me where to find the main sites, grocery stores, etc. The apartment was much larger than anticipated, an incredible value. I was only there for a short stay, so did not take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or the cable tv. The large shower was wonderful, with many options for spray, massage, etc.
