Perfect Location for City Lovers

The host Francesca was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotless and had everything we needed—and more—for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable for me personally, as the mattress was quite thin and felt very firm.

The perfect stay in Malcesine !

This place feels like home, the perfect location with a stunning view , spacious apartment, high ceiling with beams, large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, quality linens and towels, impeccably clean bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, washing machine for clothes and dishes, a delight to look out the window to the arriving boats. On the ground floor of the accommodation, we enjoyed delicious cocktails and pizza at affordable prices. Thank you Francesca for the recommendations, we appreciated the Vidoc restaurant, the Santa Cielo tavern, the cafes, the bakery and the gelato shops

Unbeatable location, great facilities, helpful owner/staff.

Location and overall apartment size and facilities were excellent. The free parking was appreciated, and the short walk to access it was not an issue.

An air conditioning unit is required. At a minimum, the fans that were provided should be upgraded as they were insufficient especially for the top bunk.

Beautiful and cozy apartment in the heart of Malcesine

The apartment is located in the harbour with loads of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in the centre on the town. Would be hard to find a better spot for your stay in Malcesine. Minutes away from the Castle or the Cable car to Mount Baldo. Will definitely be staying there again if I come back to Malcesine for work. We were provided with a card for a parking space just a couple minutes walk from the apartment which was very nice, as the parking situation in town is very tricky.

Winderful

excellent location very conveniently positioned in the centre of the village and closeby all restaurants and shop. The host was very kind and helpful. The parking card was a bonus. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Just a note that we woukd gave loved to have at least a portable air conditioner. It was vey hot during our stay and the fans provided were not enough to make nights comfortable. Just a suggestion to the host, we are eady to pay something more with air conditioning installed.

Die Lage ist perfekt um den Ort zu erkunden. Natürlich wird es daher auch früh am Morgen auch laut.

Eine Klimaanlage in jedem Appartement wäre wünschenswert.

Perfekte Lage, nette Gastgeberin!

Francesca war sehr nett, die Kommunikation klappte tadellos. Hat uns beim Check-in begrüßt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, direkt am Hafen in der Stadtmitte. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Egal wohin man geht. Der Hafen ist direkt vor der Türe und auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Unter der Unterkunft liegt das Restaurant Da Mario & Sons, was perfekt ist, denn man kann direkt dort essen oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Kurzurlaub

uns persönlich fehlte ein Kaffee(voll)automat oder Kapselmaschine, jedoch war eine Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden wir haben daher meistens unseren Kaffee wo anders getrunken :)
