Lovely stay

Beautiful spacious appartment, easy to access the keys and get in. The location was great right in the town centre. Free parking just outside of town with good directions given. Quick response from the host when I had queries. Very good windows which shut out noise from the street completely.

Perfect location!

Upon the arrival the appartment was not heated. The heat came imediately, but the roof is high and it was warm comfortably in the morning. Please heat it in advance when expect guests in winter. The phone number listed for the host on Booking was not answering. Luckily on the ground floor of the house hairdresser place was open and the lady there call the host. No toilet paper and soap!

A big-big disappointing factor that in November, when temperature falls down, we had problems with heaters. There was no gas when we came and at the evening I had to call a proprietor and wait a fix. A bonus - a gas water heater switched off at midnight and we couldn't find how to turn it on, so it was a cold night and our washed clothes stayed wet. Also no-working WiFi router because of switched-off electricity in the hall (it's not a big problem there, you can go to restaurant for it)

The Hosts were kind and attentive, the apartment was very clean, and the location was excellent.

We liked being in Italy! The view was city, but fine. The main room / kitchen seemed very nice, due to the large amount of space, high ceilings. It is fairly newly redone, so very clean and nice that way. The host owns a restaurant nearby, so is easy to contact, friendly, and the food is very good. The location is excellent - everything in Malcesine is easily reached by foot. The bed was very comfortable too.

The bathroom is big enough and the water pressure good, but the size of the corner shower stall (brand new) is small. Very small. I’m 180, 6ft, and did fine, but any bigger, well, if you bend to wash your feet, your butt hits the hot water control. That’s a quick hot lesson. Two sets of stairs, about 20 steps each - this is on me, I forgot to research this, but we’re 65 and that’s what I’d normally avoid - not a problem for anyone 60 or less. Breakfast was not part of the deal. Parking. Hmm. Free - at their hotel down the street. But down the street is a long, non-walkable couple o’ miles. But there’s no need for a car here really.

Schöner Ort, gut gelegene Unterkunft, aber schwer erreichbar in der Altstadt.

Gute Lage, große Räume, etwas kompliziert, warmes Wasser im Bad anzustellen. Dort sollte man eine Erklärung/Anleitung aushängen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nur durch einen Schrank geteilt. Oberhalb des Schranks ist die Wand offen. Mit kleineren Kindern kein Problem, bei zwei Paaren ist die Privatsphäre nicht gewahrt.

Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft geht durch eine Fußgängerzone. Eventuell gibt es da Probleme, Kameras zur Überwachung sind installiert. Ob man dazu eine Ausnahmegenehmigung braucht, kann ich nicht sagen. Eine genaue Anleitung wäre sehr (!!!) hilfreich.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, durch die super zentrale Lage nimmt man das gerne in Kauf!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren „nur“ eine Nacht dort. Super zentrale Lage mit toller Aussicht. Sehr netter Kontakt.

J'aurais du recevoir au moins 1 semaine avant les renseignements sur l adresse exacte et le moyen de trouver la clé. Au lieu à vous d envoyez les documents, votre fournisseur a essayé de le transmettre par whatsapp quelle nullité !!!?? Je me trouvais de toute façon à 2500 mt d altitude!!!?? Quel peu de sérieux d une entreprise hollandaise, je ne vous reconnais pas... L appartement que j ai touché à 1800 etait avec une température de 32 degrés celsius, j ai fait une photo du thermomètre de l appartement pour Prouver mes allégations. Votre ancien client, après 3 incidents en 1 année, ce n'est pas de la mal chance, mais peut-être du foutage de gueule. [email protected]
