A wonderful find!

Clean, spacious & comfortable. Good location if you have a car. Beautiful back garden looking up at Monte Baldo. We loved Malcesine. Bruna gave us great tips at check in. In all, a wonderful stay.

Casa Pimi - Wohnung Anna <3

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Balkone. Geparkt werden, kann direkt vor dem Haus. Die Betreuung durch Bruna und Jürgen waren exzellent. Kleinere Probleme (kein heißes Wasser) wurden sofort behoben. Garten eignet sich wunderbar zum Erholen. Tipp: Fahrräder mitnehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar), Strand und Innenstadt sind fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt. Wohnung stellt keine Gewürze, Öl, Essig etc.

Nicht ganz so gut ist die direkte Lage an der stark befahren Straße. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen zweiten Balkon, der leider aber auch über die Außentreppe, die zu beiden Wohnungen führt, zugänglich. Deshalb kann man in der Nacht die Türe nicht offen lassen. Ohne Klimaanlage, die aber extra bezahlt werden muss, ist es wohl im Sommer nicht auszuhalten. Was uns etwas aufgestoßen ist, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche völlig unangekündigt gewechselt wurde. Im Hotel ist klar, dass das Zimmermädchen kommt, in einer Wohnung eher nicht. Kurze Info vorher wäre schön gewesen.
