The location provides a beautiful view on the Lago de Garda, the equipment in the kitchen is new and of high quality, there are lots of dishes to serve a extended family. On departure we wanted to avoid traffic jam, and as the there were no follow up guests on that day it was no problem to stay until late afternoon.

One warning: prepare your route in advance if you drive by car. The address is on a very scenic street several kilometers long surrounding half of the city thru the mountains. Although the location is easily reachable in principle, our navigation device was totally overwhelmed and we had a hard time to find it in the night.

The view was stunning and the pool facilities were perfect for my young children. The layout of the apartment great and we had everything we needed. The location was just a 15 minute walk into town.

Exceptional

The view is breathtaking! 100% worth it. Plus the appartment is on the ground floor so it is not too hot there, we did not even need to use the A/C. The landlord is very helpful if needed.

Very convenient place with beautiful view

This place has a convenient location, aprx 15 minutes walk to the old town with many bars and restaurants, to the cable car station, to the port, bus stop or to the nearest grocery story. It has a private parking place so you can park the car and walk or use bus, ferry or cable car to discover the beautiful places around. The apartment is very specious, it has a well equipped kitchen (except for a kettle), dinning table for 6 people, a big sofa and AC in every room. There is a separate toilet on the main floor and a bathroom with toilet next to the bedroom. The bedroom as such is much bigger than on the pictures. The best part of this apartment is the terrace with a beautiful panoramic view on the lake and the mountains on the other side. You can also enjoy view on the castle and the old town nicely lighted in the evening.

The stairs to the bedroom are really steep so may not be suitable for older people or small children. The bedroom is in the "basement" which means it is a little colder and humid. It may be good during hot summer days but we had few rainy days / nights and it wasn't really comfortable for us sleeping there.

Beautiful place for a holiday.

Fabulous view of the lake from clean, modern fully equipped (apart from a kettle) appartment. Swimming pool available - although used by the complex, we sometimes had it all to ourselves. 15 minute walk into town to shops and restaurants via road or down to the beach (using a cut through that we discovered). Powerful shower. Two toilets (one upstairs, one down) Owner was available via booking and whatsapp for any queries, which were answered promptly.

No kettle, but we just boiled water in a saucepan, so no hardship. Very tight parking space, especially when other drivers' parking wasn't very good. Bedroom is effectively in basement though there are windows. Steep interior staircase (though there is an external staircase and entry to lower level available)

Roomy apartment with a lovely view of the lake

Nice apartment located on Via Panoramica, a short walk uphill from the centre of Malcesine. Beautiful view of the lake from the patio/terrace. We had everything we needed there.

Keep in mind that the bedroom is in the basement, you'll have to climb a few quite steep steps - might be difficult for some people with knee problems or so. It was OK for us.

Fantastisk smuk udsigt til sø, bjerge og by. Skøn terrasse med adgang til grønne fællesarealer. Lejligheden ligger ugeneret i bygningen lige ved siden af poolen. Dejligt pool-område. Privat p-plads. 2 toiletter (virkelig rart når man er afsted med 2 teenagedrenge). Gode madrasser og hovedpuder i sengene (dobbeltseng, enkeltseng og den nederste køjeseng). Rent og pænt. Dejlig sofa. Malcesine er en super hyggelig by. Ca. 10-15 minutters gang til indkøb og centrum af Malcesine. Værten Livio var hurtig til at svare og meget hjælpsom, når vi havde spørgsmål. Fx gode fif til at se området, hjælp med ting vi ikke kunne finde ud af/finde.

Eneste minus var en lugt i den nederste etage, men den generede os ikke voldsomt, man vænnede sig hurtigt til lugten, når man var i underetagen. Jeg havde i øvrigt læst om det fra andre gæster, så jeg var klar over det på forhånd.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Appartement in bester Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit im diesem Appartement. Es ist super ausgestattet, gemütlich und der Ausblick ist der Hammer. Jeden Tag saßen wir auf der Terrasse und haben das tolle Wetter und die grandiosen Aussicht genossen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, wir waren zu Fuß innerhalb von 12 Minuten an der Uferpromenade bzw im Ort. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber, wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und kontrolliert. Auch die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war bestens! Absolute Empfehlung von uns für dieses Appartement! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich empfangen und war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes gut erreichbar. Alle Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend und zuvorkommend erfüllt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Malcesine und den See ist einzigartig.
