Perfect villa for a central stay in Malcesine.

This villa is amazing, I can’t stress enough how great a location it is! The rooms were clean, well equipped. Comfortable and cool even without Air-Con. The parking space is a little over a 5min walk to the beach parking which worked well for a dip in the lake after day trips. Daniella (host) was easily contactable and accommodating. If we return to Malcesine for a 3rd time this place will be our first choice to book!

Great place in the center of beautiful Malcesine

It is located in the center of Malcesine. Very close to the beautiful old town. The house is really big and contains everything that is needed. Washing mashine, induction hob are in place. Moreover, it's really quiet there. Perfect place to spend wonderful vacation :)

No disadvantages on our side. Potentially, for the families with very small children or disabled persons steep stairs could be challenging.

Great central location but be aware of parking location, kitchen counters/plugs & size of apartment

Location is great, right near the Old Town. Down a narrow street only accessible on foot. Host was waiting for us & is quite polite/friendly. She speaks Italian & German but no English. WiFi is decent 15 down & 1 up.

Parking is ~12min walk. Kitchen is awkward to use with no counter tops for prepping food & not enough plugs for applicances. Upon entering there are 2 doors, both were locked & a staircase heading up to the 1st floor: kitchen & living room areas. Apartment is certainly not 90sqm perhaps with areas behind locked doors? Bedrooms & bathroom are located on 2nd floor.

Only thing that car was parked not by the apartments. But this was mentuoned in description, so we knew that before comming.

This is a beautiful house. Nestled in a quiet pedestrian lane just metres from the harbour. Our hosts were great and very easy to contact. (Their restaurant is also VERY good). The house is spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well equipped. Close to everything in the beautiful old town centre and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Only down side was 1 bathroom but this didn’t cause a huge issue It was all amazing

Never having to go there again.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. We had our wedding in Malcesine with 60 guests and 57 of them were treated with respect and had a great time. Only the three people who stayed at Casa Raffaele - among them my own mother who I booked the place for - were treated like absolute trash. The owner literally yelled into my phone the very first time I called him. Go anywhere in Malcesine but here, this place is a disgrace.

Cudowny pobyt nad Gardą!

Lokalizacja!! 30 sek. zeby być w porcie. Takiej miejscówki jeszcze nie mieliśmy! W porcie w ciągu dnia gwarno, ale wieczorami robiło sie juz kameralnie i można było posiedzieć z winkiem na ławeczce. To tez ogromny plus! Nie byliśmy zmuszani, aby korzystać z ofert restauracji. Z portu plywa prywatny przewoźnik do Limone, 10 eur w 2 strony oraz oficjalny: Navigazione do różnych miejscowości. Otrzymaliśmy od właścicieli 10% zniżki w pizzeri Capri-obsluga wręcz fenomenalna! Jedliśmy tam codziennie. Panowie kelnerzy bardzo sie starali. Serdeczne pozdrowienia dla Pasquale 😄 Sam apartament bardzo czysty, posciel i ręczniki pachnące. Klimatyzacja!

Jedna łazienka dla 4 osób dorosłych to mało, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym rezerwując pobyt, wiec to był nasz świadomy wybór.
