Casa Raffaele

The property is in a great location, in the heart of the city right near the harbor. Super easy to get to explore around. The place was clean and taken care of. There were also AC units in the bedrooms which was nice to have to help combat the summer heat.

The biggest drawback was the layout. There’s a large room on the bottom floor and the other two rooms were on the top third floor, including the only bathroom. So those who may struggle with stairs may want to keep that in mind. Amenities were okay, they seemed to have improved after previous reviews. However, there was only one roll of toilet paper for the four of us and no hand soap, both of which we had to purchase ourselves. Lastly, the bed in the second upstairs bedroom wasn’t made so half of my group were forced to choose the 1st floor room

Az elhelyezkedése kiváló. Malcesine központjában, hangulatos helyen, pár lépésre a kikötőtől, közel a várhoz, a felvonóhoz, valójában mindenhez. Teljesen felszerelt apartman, minden igényt kielégítő.. Kaptunk egy fizetett parkolóhelyet az egyik parkolóban. A tulajoknak van egy étterme a közelben, ahol kiváló ételeket fogyasztottunk és nagyon szívélyes vendéglátásban részesültünk. Távozáskor ajándékot is kaptunk, nagyon köszönjük! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! 😊

Csak a felső emeleten van fürdő és wc, bár minket ez nem zavart, mert csak ketten voltunk, de több vendégnél ez zavaró lehet.

Lokalizacja!! 30 sek. zeby być w porcie. Takiej miejscówki jeszcze nie mieliśmy! W porcie w ciągu dnia gwarno, ale wieczorami robiło sie juz kameralnie i można było posiedzieć z winkiem na ławeczce. To tez ogromny plus! Nie byliśmy zmuszani, aby korzystać z ofert restauracji. Z portu plywa prywatny przewoźnik do Limone, 10 eur w 2 strony oraz oficjalny: Navigazione do różnych miejscowości. Otrzymaliśmy od właścicieli 10% zniżki w pizzeri Capri-obsluga wręcz fenomenalna! Jedliśmy tam codziennie. Panowie kelnerzy bardzo sie starali. Serdeczne pozdrowienia dla Pasquale 😄 Sam apartament bardzo czysty, posciel i ręczniki pachnące. Klimatyzacja!

Jedna łazienka dla 4 osób dorosłych to mało, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym rezerwując pobyt, wiec to był nasz świadomy wybór.

Never having to go there again.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. We had our wedding in Malcesine with 60 guests and 57 of them were treated with respect and had a great time. Only the three people who stayed at Casa Raffaele - among them my own mother who I booked the place for - were treated like absolute trash. The owner literally yelled into my phone the very first time I called him. Go anywhere in Malcesine but here, this place is a disgrace.
