Fresh, clean and quite recently renovated apartment, with a fantastic view over the lake and the town. Superb location with all sorts of services close by. Calm area in the night, no disturbing noises. Great host as well, quick communication and always ready to help. Private parking included, not at the property but a just few minutes walk away.

We found nothing to complain about.

Lovely apartment with balcony in centre of Malcesine, close to all restaurants and amenities. Within very short walking distance to the lake. Off site secure parking. Mrs Lombardi lovely helpful host.

La dolce vita. Comfy, close and a perfect home to return to after adventuring around lake Garda.

The location was amazing. Right in the thick of things, near the center of malcesine. A supermarket super close by, and a view to die for. Also, air conditioning was a life saver for us on hot days.

The beds were a bit hard. We prefer softer beds, but it's a preference.

No meals, so we bought our own from the near shops. View from the small balcony was nice. Only that in the spring time, it rains very often...

Throwing out the carbage was a bit complicated, too far away. The balcony could be bigger.

Perfect location, close to Monte Baldo lift, lake and also castle. Although we arrived later than booking time, Mrs. Lombardi wait for us and were absolutly willing and helpful.

Mrs Lombardi is a perfect host, I can recommand this apartmanet to visit the Garda lake.

The location is perfect, it is few minutes from the harbour and the nearest beach. Tere are lot of restaurants nearby, there is a small food shop few meters from the apartment. The view is amazing from the balcony, you can see the castle, the lake and the mountains.

The location was excellent, a stones throw from the castle and shops and bars, couple of minutes walk to the lake and beach. A spar, coffee shops , pharmacy and bakery on the doorstep. The third floor location meant the views were stunning. Castle to the left, lake straight ahead and cable car to Mont Baldo to the right. There was a lift to each floor which helped with luggage. The apartment was spacious (larger than we thought it would be), open plan, extremely clean with lots of natural light from the large windows. Both bedrooms were spacious with good size wardrobes in each (with plenty of hangers which is always appreciated) along with a spacious bathroom. We were grateful for the air- conditioning when the temperatures started to rise.

We were visiting Lake Garda for a wedding. There wasn’t an ironing board but Mrs Lombardi provided one for us, which we very grateful for. Just one other small suggestion it might be helpful to provide a map to the refuse area as we couldn’t find it.

Exceptional

A beautiful and romantic view from the balcony directly on the lake and the castle, on the other side the cable car and Monte Baldo, glass of prosecco after a long trip there, what more could you ask for. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation very much. The apartment was nice and we enjoyed returning to it from trips around the lake. The WiFi is fine, the apartment's equipment is fine, everything is clean. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Parking a few minutes from the house under the trees. We really liked it here and are glad that we decided on this accommodation.

Very clean and in top condition! Location in Malcesine is exceptional. Air conditioning works perfectly as well. All kitchen equipment is there.

The cooling system of the neighboring supermarket is loud and runs all night. But windows are sound proof and you cannot hear anything with closed windows. Air conditioning works perfectly as well.

Lovely apartment with a great view

Great apartment in a very central location only a few steps away from the old town. You can find all the needed services (supermarket, bakery, gelateria etc.) within 50m from the apartment. The best part is definitely a wonderful lake view from the small balcony. Monte Baldo cable car station is about 200m from here. I can highly recommend this place and would love to come back some day. Grazie mille Mrs. Lombardi!

We absolutely loved everything, but a minor improvement would be to get a bigger mirror (now the only one is in the bathroom).

Sehr zentrale und moderne Einzimmer-Wohnung in Malcesine!

Neu und schöne, moderne Ausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Reibungsloser Ablauf.

Durch die sehr zentrale Lage war es manchmal recht laut. Es spielten regelmäßig Strassenmusiker direkt unterhalb der Wohnung, was einerseits toll, aber eben nach einiger Zeit auch etwas viel war.

Die Espressomaschine war kaputt und wurde nach Beanstandung am selben Tag gegen eine neue ersetzt. Vielen Dank! Die Lage, das neue Badezimmer, die Aussicht waren toll.

Superlocatie van alle gemakken voorzien met al het nodige op loopafstand.

Toplocatie met superuitzicht op het meer, bergen, gezelligheid en reuring van de mensen in de straatjes. Heerlijk vanaf het balkon. Ruim schoon appartement met wasmachine en vaatwasser. Fijn kledingopberg ruimte in de 2 slaapkamers. Calisthenicsparkje, supermarkt, kabelbaan, heel veel restaurantjes allemaal op loopafstand. In principe heb je de auto niet nodig.

Erg weinig. Een grote pas spiegel en evt toilet apart ipv in de badkamer was mooi geweest, maar niet persé nodig.

Majoituimme kohteessa viikon verran. Majoituksen sijainti oli täydellinen ja näkymät parvekkeelta upeat. Huoneisto oli siisti ja ilmastointi toimiva. Myös sängyt ja tyynyt olivat hyvät ja keittiön varustelu riittävä. Kaiken kaikkiaan viihdyimme huoneistossa todella hyvin.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die zentrale Lage der schönen neu renovierten Ferienwohnung bot einen herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Burg. Ein Supermarkt, weitere Geschäfte nebenan und kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit waren ideale Voraussetzungen für unseren Wanderurlaub.

Apartament nowoczesny, bardzo ładny i schludny. Świetna łazienka. Lokalizacja jak dla mnie OK. Centrum starówki Malcesine z widokiem na wieżę zamku i jezioro widoki częściowe ale OK.

Lakoniczna informacja o parkingu "przy sąsiegniej ulicy" - okazało się że do parkingu jest 460 metrów co było uciążliwe. Pominięcie tej informacji wpłynęło na wybór lokalu, choć na prawdę był w porządku, raczej szukałbym innego następnym razem.

Aangename studio met een balkon met uitzicht op het meer gelegen vlakbij het oude stadsgedeelte.

Zeer goede en informatieve uitleg van de host . Balkon met uitzicht over het meer , kasteel . Dadelijk in het centrum, Spar warenhuis vlakbij. Parkeren op privé parking in de buurt . Goede akoestische isolatie. Ik raad aan iedereen deze studio van harte aan !!!

Komfortabel in Bestlage mitten in Malcesine

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Man kann alles direkt zu Fuß erreichen oder mit dem Schiff bzw. Bus fahren. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und das Bad ganz neu. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und man kann die Fahrräder unten im Flur abstellen.
