Fabulous suites in the authentic centre of Old Town. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous location, very clean and well presented with everything you needed for a week’s stay provided. Situated In the very heart of the Old Town close to all restaurants, shops and the lake. Air conditioning very good in every room.

Although it does not say WiFi provided be aware the cellar suite( Olympic) has no comms whatsoever when you are in there. That was ok for us but may not be for everyone. Our children stayed in the attic suite and they had good WiFi signal and mobile signal there.

I had the pleasure of staying in la Dolce vita suites, Malcesine for 4 nights last week. I wanted an apartment that was central, clean, I had choice if I wanted to cook and that I felt safe coming and going as I wished, la Dolce vita suites ticked all these boxes. Thank you to Sonia for pleasantly solving my query about a kitchen unit. Alice

Comfortable apartment in the atmospheric old town- within easy reach of everything you need.

Great host who communicated really well. Lovely location in the centre of Malcesine with all the main attractions and shops/restaurants on your doorstep. Comfortable property with nice decor.

Ground floor apartment handy as did not have to lug cases upstairs, but not many windows and so quite dark and there was a bit of a cellar smell to it. Some noise from bar next door on Friday/Sat nights.

Es gab kein Frühstück, aber ein kostenloser Parkplatz in einiger Entfernung und etwas kompliziert zu bedienen. Aber Immerhin, gut!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasteczka, blisko do sklepów , restauracji , jeziora . Cisza i spokój w okolicy. Apartament ogólnie czysty (poza niektórymi naczyniami), łóżka względnie wygodne , klimatyzacja super działała , było ciepło . Wyposażenie kuchni było dobre. Poza tym sporo miejsca do ulokowania własnych rzeczy .

Nie podobało mi się , że nie było zapewnionych podstawowych rzeczy typu płyn do mycia naczyń , gąbka do zmywania , dodatkowe worki na śmieci (tymbardziej , że na wstępie dostaje wiadomość , żeby nie pozostawiać niczego w zlewie co jest oczywiste, ale zapewnijcie do tego narzędzia . To samo na temat śmieci , żeby wyrzucić śmieci przed wyjazdem ( za sprzątanie płacimy 300 zł i jeszcze przed wyjazdem mam latać do śmietnika oddalonego o jakieś 400m , ale okej ) . Dopiero po zapytaniu o worki i gąbke do zmywania , Pani odpisała , że normalnie to jest samoobsługa , ale może nam przynieść . Przyjeżdżając na tydzień nie chce myśleć od razu , że muszę lecieć do sklepu i kupować gąbki do zmywania i worków ( tymbardziej , że nie kupię jednej sztuki tylko muszę kupić całe opakowania) . Poza tym kubki i niektóre naczynia były bardzo brudne, więc nie było możliwości skorzystania bez porządnego ich umycia , toster też był brudny , aż odechciało się z niego korzystać . Do tego niedziałający czajnik , z pękniętą rączką . Ostatnia rzecz to to , że apartament nie jest na parterze , a tak jakby w sutenerze , małe okienka przez co bez zapalonego światła nie da się funkcjonować .

Migliorabile

La posizione, nel centro pedonale di Malcesine

L'appartamento è molto carino e ben disposto, ristrutturato molto bene, ma ha alcuni problemi. Essendo ricavato in una "cantina" di un vecchio stabile ristrutturato, purtroppo non vi sono altro che due piccole finestrelle piano strada nella zona giorno ed in più, proprio perché quasi del tutto interrato, entrando si sente una persistente puzza di umido/muffa tipica delle cantine. Visto anche il costo per notte, mi sarei aspettato un minimo di prodotti da toilette (del tutto inesistenti). Un consiglio...visto che è nella zona pedonale e che a Malcesine come in tutti i paesi che si affacciano al lago, praticamente non esistono parcheggi liberi ma tutti a pagamento e nemmeno a buon mercato (42€ per 24h di parcheggio), sarebbe sicuramente gradito che la struttura mettesse a disposizione degli ospiti un parcheggio gratuito soprattutto, e mi ripeto, visto il costo che si paga per notte.

Nos ha encantado! Hemos estado en el apartamento superior y ha sido todo increible. Cómodo, limpio y super localizado, con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estadía perfecta. Cercano al supermercado y al centro hermoso de Malchesine! Comunicación perfecta.

Tolle Unterkunft für Kurztrip an den Gardasee

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, mitten im Zentrum von Malcesine und fussläufig vom ca. 50 - 100m entfernten Parkplatz zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Schlüssel konnten sehr gut in Empfang genommen werden.

La collocazione nel centro storico e abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiamo dato il posto auto che non era previsto

Appartamento seminterrato , claustrofobico, senza wi fi, c'erano due rotoli di carta igienica di cui uno già iniziato che per tre persone per quattro giorni era insufficiente: ce la siamo comprata, phon senza adattatore (inutilizzabile). Arrivati in appartamento abbiamo trovato il pavimento tutto bagnato: bagno allagato che si allagava ad ogni doccia (filtrava da sotto) e non c'era uno straccio in tutto l'appartamento per asciugare, lenzuola piccole non a misura del letto matrimoniale. Neanche una spugna per lavare i piatti. Telecomando del box auto difficile da utilizzare. Un'impresa ogni volta chiudere la porta garage.

Es gibt kein WLAN und wurde so leider nicht kommuniziert. Das wäre eigentlich auch wirklich nicht dramatisch, allerdings handelt es sich bei der Unterkunft um ein Apartment im Untergeschoss - das heißt es gab auch keinen Handyempfang .. Kommunikation definitiv verbesserungswürdig.. Warmes Wasser recht schnell aufgebraucht...

Soggiorno super, ideale per i bambini

Abbiamo pernottato nell'appartamento all'ultimo piano e siamo stati benissimo. Posto arredato alla perfezione, ideale per i bambini, pulito, silenzioso, nel centro storico di Malcesine e Sonia con cui ci siamo interfacciati per la consegna delle chiavi e per tutte le informazioni che ci servivano è stata gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente!
