Beautiful apartment, facilities and courtyard!

Great stay, beautiful apartment, lots of space, spotless clean, exceptional facilities in and around the grounds. Flexibility over check in time, no key so all code operated which was helpful. Water machine and beautiful sitting courtyard outside. Friendly staff. Great communication.

Would have been nice to have been given some complementary coins for the washing machine/dryer as some people who were staying there did, we didn’t but others gave us theirs they didn’t use. Also that you have to take your own litter to the recycle point which is a good 10 min walk. But don’t let these points out you off, the beauty and location etc massively out-way these, they’re just points worth mentioning.

Very secure property. Friendly host and apartment was simply amazing. Fresh, clean and modern. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was very central to local shops, restaurants and attractions.

A great stay!

Great and helpful communication and warm welcome by Esther. Out family of four stayed at the K4 apartment, which was modern, clean well-equipped and in the centre of the old town of Malcesine. Comfy beds and two sofa beds, quiet day and night. Exceptionally great shower, two air conditioners, a dishwasher. Attractive, shared courtyard. Luggage storage and toilet (+the courtyard) available after checkout which was very kind. Nice beaches and restaurants nearby.

Windows overlooking the windows of the opposite residential building, so not much of a view, but there’s plenty of view outdoors by the lake.

A beautiful place to stay in the historic center.

We were satisfied with everything. Malcesine amazing place that has Genius loci. The accommodation (casa) fits beautifully into the beautiful historical environment. Everything was stylishly prepared and de facto digitally prepared according to the owner's instructions at the welcome.

There is nothing I can fault about the local policies.

The hosts were very helpful, the room was spacious, had air conditioning and in an excellent location. It was modern and very clean. It was nice to have a table and drinking fountain in the common courtyard. The hosts were very accommodating for extra needs I had.

Exceptional

If you plan on visiting Lake Garda you should stay at Casa Kaki. It is the perfect location inside the old part of Malcesine. You can spend days to explore the many little streets and restaurants. It is also a perfect location for day trips by car or boat. Rainomdo the owner met us at the meeting point to help us find the place as well as assistance with our luggage. There is private parking available, which is one of the reasons I booked this place. It is almost impossible to find parking in town. It was so nice to just walk down the Pebble stone street to have dinner and a drink at the harbor. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. We where lucky to stay on the 3rd floor. Not only did we have a little bit of a lake view but also beautiful wooden vaulted ceilings. There is an elevator which made it extremely convenient. I can't wait to come back next year.

The staff and the hosts gave us a warm welcome, and helped us with the access codes which worked really well. They took good care of us during the stay. The location is good, and the apartments have nice facilities.

We stayed in the K1 apartment, which was partly below ground level. After a day we noticed that the air quality was really bad. The air was humid and the apartment smelled like a rotten cellar. We shared our complaints with the hosts, which moved us to another apartment in one of the upper floors the next day. This apartment was really nice, with good air quality and we are very thankful for the immediate response by the hosts. On the last day we were transferred back to the ground floor due to a new family moving in to the apartment we were moved to. We do think that there are an underlying issue with the ground floor that needs to be fixed.

Location was great, suite was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Beautifully restored property in the heart of the village. Wonderful owners, too. Will stay again.

Superb convenience

The beds were extremely comfortable. Insulation meant no outdoor sounds though we were in the heart of the town. Free coins for the laundry we’re an unused bonus but great peace of mind for a parent. Everything was clean and there wasn’t clutter around for my kids to get into. The fridge was full size. The shower had great pressure and was large. The storage area was convenient.

Not a fan of the stove. We couldn’t manage to turn it on with our Moka Pot or the property’s.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und liegt zentral und ruhig in mitten der Altstadt von Malcesine. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Innenhof, wo wir gerne gefrühstückt haben und die Abende ausklingen lassen haben.

Insgesamt sehr einfache Wohnung. Es fehlte ein Kleiderschrank, und die Küche war spärlich ausgestattet. Für den Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass sie Wohnung alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht wird und man nicht selbst am Schluss den Müll noch wegbringen muss. Zudem war uns nicht bewusst, dass man nicht in der Nähe parken kann.

War leider alles in allem kein schönes Wohnerlebnis :-/ obwohl es von außen sehr vielversprechend aussieht!

Die Lage ist super aber man muss bedenken, dass es keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gibt! Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, sehr praktisch. Ein sehr großes Badezimmer bzw. Dusche.

Keine Möglichkeiten um nasse Sachen zu trocknen, was in Anbetracht eines Badeurlaubes echt doof ist! Ganz typisch für Ferienwohnungen ist, dass es immer viel zu wenig Haken gibt, so auch hier. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche. Es gibt weder eine Mikro noch einen Ofen. Ganz modern ist die Zugangstechnik, die öfters mal gar nicht funktioniert und auch für die Klimaanlage gibts nirgends eine Erklärung zu finden. Ein schmales Regal in einer Kammer stellt den einzigen „Kleiderschrank“ dar. Die Müll Situation ist sehr schlecht gelöst! Heißt man muss seinen Müll zur zentralen Müllstation bringen, die natürlich auch sehr weit weg ist!
