וואו!!! איזה דירה מדהימה וקסומה, בלב ליבה של מלצסינה, קרוב דקה אחת בלבד לכל המסעדות הטובות והגלידות. הדירה וואו!!!! ככ יפה ומרווחת, זה לא עובר בתמונות כמה שזה מקסים ונעים. יש חצר פנימית מהממת, ויש ממש את כל מה שצריכים!!! אפילו עמדה למים קרים וסודה :) אנדרס היה איתנו בקשר וזמין אלינו לכל דבר!! החניה נוחה מאוד!! 5 דק הליכה מהדירה, הכל ברור ומאוד מאוד נוח!! בטוח שנחזור!!!

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen.
Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Kommunikation war auch perfekt.

The staff and the hosts gave us a warm welcome, and helped us with the access codes which worked really well. They took good care of us during the stay. The location is good, and the apartments have nice facilities.
We stayed in the K1 apartment, which was partly below ground level. After a day we noticed that the air quality was really bad. The air was humid and the apartment smelled like a rotten cellar. We shared our complaints with the hosts, which moved us to another apartment in one of the upper floors the next day. This apartment was really nice, with good air quality and we are very thankful for the immediate response by the hosts. On the last day we were transferred back to the ground floor due to a new family moving in to the apartment we were moved to. We do think that there are an underlying issue with the ground floor that needs to be fixed.
