Excellent choice to stay in Malcesine

Fully equipped room with all the amenities a family may need, spacious, and clean. Excellent view towards the lake and Malcesine castle from the porch and along the main road that crosses the village. The while installment is fully family-oriented.

Perfect location for our first family trip with our baby - we were able to entertain him in the gardens with the swings, available toys and pool. Malcesine is just a 5 minute walk away, as is the beach and furnicular. the views from our apartment were also amazing and being next to the main road didn’t bother us (not all apartments are on the main road). The family are laid back, approachable and available and provide basic provisions for the first day. Extra charges are incurred for a baby cot & towels, but that’s fine. Parking was included, as was a high chair. All in all, a superb stay!

One of the most beautiful places and best equipped apartments we have been to. It was perfect!

Angelo gave us a warm welcome, although we arrived later than promised. We had a nice surprise of some apricots on our doorstep the second day. Overall the apartment and the beautiful garden and the location was superb!

Soggiorno in struttura perfetta.

La struttura e l'appartamento erano molto belli e curati nei minimi dettagli, tutto molto pulito. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il nostro cane è stato ben accolto. Il garage era spazioso e adiacente alla struttura. La posizione era molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e le attrazioni.

Zu wenig Stauraum. Explizit Kleiderschrank hat uns sehr gefehlt bzw. Viel Platz gefehlt. 3 Erwachsene und Kleinkind fanden wir zu eng hier, insbesondere mit Kleidung etc

Hyvä vaihtoehto, autolle turvallinen talli, asunto mukava, hyvin varustettu ja sijainti hyvä.

Keittiö ja koko asunto oli hyvin varustettu, syömiset valmistimme itse ja tarvikkeet niihin haimme lähikaupasta - läheltä löytyi myös hyvä pizzeria. Lukittu parkkihalli oli kätevästi kiinteistön aitojen sisällä ja riittävän tilava.

Asunto oli saapuessamme kymä ja kostea. Asia korjaantui kyllä ja seuraavana aamuna kaikki oli ok.

Entspannter Urlaub

War unser 2. Urlaub in derselben Ferienwohnung. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist ideal, die Parkplätze direkt nebenan. Der Balkonblick über den See und zur Skaligerburg ist wie immer ein Traum. Die Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. La Baita (Wurst/Käse/Wein/Öl) direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr über das Klopfen an der Tür gefreut. Da hing eine Tüte mit Granatäpfeln, frisch aus dem Garten geerntet für uns. Die Q8 Tankstelle nebenan gehört auch zur Familie Guarnati, dort konnten wir uns Vespas mieten und sind einmal um den Gardasee gefahren. Besseres Italienfeeling geht nicht. War alles sehr unkompliziert. Der Pool war sauber, allerdings nicht mehr beheizt, da Saisonende. Sind trotzdem noch rein, war immerhin noch wärmer als der See :) Die Küche war ausreichend eingerichtet. Es wurden neue Esstischstühle und neues Sofa angeschafft. Sehr bequem 👍🏻 Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Im Badezimmer fehlen eindeutig mehr Ablagen. Wir sind zu viert gewesen. Die Ablage und das Spiegelschränkchen sind für 2 Personen OK. Zusätzliche Haken für die Handtücher wären sinnvoll. Ebenso eine Ablage für den Koffer im Zimmer hat gefehlt. Da stand lediglich 1 Stuhl. In der Küche wäre es toll, wenn man 2-3 Müllbeutel auf Reserve hätte. Im Bad waren 2 volle Klopapierrollen und 1 halb angefangene. Für 4 Personen 1 ganze Woche ziemlich kritisch ;-)

Sehr gut! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Gastgeberfamilie mit Angelo und Barbara. Immer aktiv und erreichbar. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße relativ ruhig. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im hinteren Teil (Garten). Unkomplizierter Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe. Parken in Garage möglich. Gut ausgestatte Küche. Zentrale Lage, fussläufig zum Zentrum von Malcesine. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht zu vergessen der beheizbare Pool im Garten mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten unter Olivenbäumen. Kleiner aber feiner Fitnessraum. Rundum, hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen.

Mysigt och familjärt boende med fin pool, trevlig trädgård och centralt läge. Lägenheten var välutrustad och det fungerade utmärkt att laga mat. Trevliga värdar och mysiga hundar. Vi trivdes mycket bra och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit traumhaften Ausblick und tollem Pool

Unsere Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss und wir haben den Schatten unter dem Baum davor genossen. Das Klima war herrlich, stets eine kleine Brise. Der Pool war direkt da und wunderbar temperiert, mehr als ausreichend Liegen waren vorhanden und die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt und es ging sehr entspannt zu. Der Vermieter war immer vor Ort und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Ausblick zum See und zur Burg war wunderschön, der Fitnessraum neben dem Pool war für uns super und ausreichend und hatte auch den schönen Blick über die Anlage und zum See. Praktisch für Kinder war der flache, ca. 40 cm tiefe Bereich im Pool. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zum See und zur Altstadt waren es nur etwa 5 Gehminuten, ebenso zum nächsten Supermarkt. Der Laden direkt unten im Gebäude war auch toll - hier konnte man gekühlten Wein, Öl, Essig und vieles mehr kaufen. Auch gemischte Platten mit Schinken und Käse wurden hier günstig angeboten, so dass man direkt einen Snack für Zwischendurch hatte. Das Auto konnten wir gut in der Garage parken. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder.

Da gibt es nichts. Man muss wissen, dass die Straße unterhalb verläuft und entsprechend schon etwas zu hören ist, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset over Garda Søen. Dejligt, roligt sted. Lækker pool og have. Ligger i perfekt gåafstand til alt. Parkeringskælder samt mulighed for at lade elbil. Sød vært!

Ligger desværre lige ud til en større vej. Det er det eneste negative omkring stedet.

Perfekt läge vid en semesterpärla.

Läget, poolen och lugnet över hela stället. Det är ett kort gångavstånd till badplats vid sjön och även till den mysiga byn med mataffär, bageri och många mysiga restauranger. Ägarna är lätta att kommunicera med. Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet och rekommenderar det varmt!
