Nice and cosy family stay

Location was perfect close to supermarket and city centre. We also appreciated the children's playroom and yard. The apartment was clean and had everything advertised in it.

Check-in was only around 16.30 due to some unexpected changes. However, we were able to park our car to the yard so all good. It was also quite easy to hear your upper floor neighbors, but nothing drastic (i.e. normal living noises).

Lovely apartment in Malcesine walking distance to town

We absolutely loved our stay in Malcesine such a lovely apartment walking distance to the main town. We had a great view from the balcony of the lake and we were able to visit Riva and Limone by boat - we caught the Garda Express to Limone which is faster than the ferry. We drove to Riva such a gorgeous town. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

The location, the views were incredible, the play room was fabulous for the kids, communication with the owners was great.

The view and the location for the price paid. Really handy for everything in the town and a great base when staying in Malcesine.

Maybe a few more glasses in the kitchen but honestly that’s really minor and about it.

The furniture outside were a bit worned and there are several flats sharing the displayed area. The individual areas are quite close together. The host was not present during check-in as he had to attend business in another city without notifying and had us confused for other guests.

The perfect base for our family holiday in Lake Garda!

The apartment was perfect for our family. Included 2 smart TVs and a beautiful garden. The kids loved the play area near the laundry room too which was a bonus.

The apartment isn’t serviced so we had to ask for more towels throughout the week. They were provided though. The good thing about this is that you have a lot of privacy, no staff in during your stay. However, essentials like toilet roll are not replenished. You can buy from local supermarket. Fine but just good to know in advance.

Modern apartment, fantastic view and location close to everything.

Location was awesome and view of the lake superb. The well maintained garden was appreciated by our children, being able to run around, throw a ball, jump on the mini trampoline. For adults we enjoyed lazing on the sun beds late evening. There was laundry facilities and a children's toy room downstairs (more for younger kids/toddlers). 5 minutes walk to supermarket and a few more minutes to the center of the town/ferry marina which was so charming and convenient. The beach just past the castle was also walkable. Very clean, spacious apartment, everything we needed to cook some meals. Modern furnishings. Block out blinds were nice and the air conditioning was very strong which was so needed as it was in the mid 30's Celsius during our stay. Access by digital code was great, not having to carry a key around was nice. Host and Armando were very responsive to messages, check in was smooth, and we were able to keep our car parked for a few more hours after check out before we left for our next journey.

No complaints, but it would have been a bonus to have a beach umbrella and some beach towels available for guest use.

Second bedroom was a bit cramped. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons. For 5 persons, it is a bit tight. More lights are needed.

Wonderful apartment in a stunning area

Fantastic location, clean and felt fairly new. Lovely bathroom. We had a lake facing apartment with a patio. There was a little shared play room (we didn’t use) and clothes washing facilities. There was also parking available. It was an easy 10 minute (or less) stroll to the centre of malcesine.

The Pearl of apartments in Malcesine

I liked everything about this apartment. The facilties were fantastic. There was a very ralaxed vibe about the place. It was peaceful and relaxing and laid back. Location was perfect and few minutes walk to the town. There is a view of the lake normally but unfortunately it was cloudy and foggy when we were there. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were given a terrific welcome gift when we arrived which I thought was very thoughful

Clean, nice hosts, view to the lake, big rooms, quiet, big yard, coffee machine and snacks available.

There is no oven, the washing machine and the clothes dryer are not in the room, the drier didn't dry.

beautiful apartment in beautiful Malcesine

the views overlooking the lake, central to town centre, beautiful gardens with area for children, had a sandpit which my daughters loved. apartment is very spacious, very modern, spotlessly clean. it was my birthday and Tiziana left me a surprise welcome pack and the table was decorated with flowers. made feel so welcome.

The apartment is great with amazing views over the lake from our balcony and from the shared garden. Such an easy walk to town and great to have a spot to park up. The staff were so friendly and the free snacks are very plentiful.

You need human contact when u land up in a new place that’s clean , has a great location and help when you need. this pl

fantastic place with equally great hosts . very convenient location right next to the town centre. only reason I rate the location a bit lower is because the lake is not exactly accessible . there’s a road in between that you can’t cross from the home. however to us it didn’t matter at all . Great Lake and mountain views and a very equipped kitchen with everything that you may need. a special shout out for both Brit (housekeeper) and Tizinia the owner . wonderful people . I would go back just to meet them again 😀

Wonderfull, longer next time :)

We had our twin daughters birthdays while in Malcesine. I asked to arrange a cake. When we came not only cake was arranged: two bottles of cold champagne, flowers and balloons. All this came as a gift, I did not paid for that. They also have very nice facilities for laundry, reception full of cakes, coffee. Everything is so lovely done that we will definitely be back :) My recommendations, really lovely place for families.

The kindness of the staff, the view from the garden and from our terrace, the proximity to the town center and to the lake, the charm of Malcesine, the many outdoor activities on and around the lake, the free coffee, cookies etc. in the reception, the Malcesine cable car which is only a walk or a few minutes drive away.

Only the traffic noise from the road below the property was a downside. It was not too bad, though, and it's only disturbing when sitting outside in the garden.
