Perfect location in large and airy appartment

Location was superb. We spent hours sat on the little balcony people watching. It really was the perfect spot for watching the boats come in and out. We loved having drinks there at sun down. Appartment was huge and very clean. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No aircon but fans adequate during 35° temps. It was great having breakfast provided at the hotel next door.

Being reminded about check out times by the female owner on our first morning there and we were staying for a week. This didn't make us feel very welcome. Also only one bath towel provided per person for a weeks stay. I asked for some hand towels but none were provided. Nor were there any bath mats so the floors was wet and slippy when getting out of the shower.

Very warm at night. Not air con. If you left windows open the noise in the morning woke you up. For accommodation that isn’t cheap you would expect cleaning products to be included. We had to buy our own. Wonder if they are left for next visitors. No condiments for cooking either. We had to pay 50€ for parking. As we were going up to the apartment the lady was telling us to be out by 10am, take the rubbish out and don’t forget parking card. We were there for 8 days! The carpark was quite a walk away. All up hill.

Overall, I would recommend the apartment if you are OK with a bit of noise from the restaurants below.

Spacious apartment, great location, amazing view with a very cute balcony overlooking the lake.

A bit noisy but that comes naturally with the location. I found it a bit strange to be asked to wash the dishes (there was no sponge) and throw the garbage out…

Great central location, very spacious beautiful apartment with nice new furniture. Great views of Malcesine Harbour and the lake, close to all the shops and restaurants.

No cleaning products (cloths or kitchen spray) Very noisy at night time and early in the morning (revellers and deliveries), no air conditioning so warm in August with the windows closed. Although this is an apartment, it is managed by the hotel next door, however the bed sheets or towels didn’t get changed and we stayed for 7 nights.

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt am Hafen. Großartig!

Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen. Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Geschirr war mäßig - hat aber gereicht.
