Very enjoyable in a lovely house

This is self catering, however our host Lorena provided a lovely welcome pack. Lorena went out of her way to ensure that we had all we needed. As we were late arriving she helped us a lot.

Exceptional

Very friendly family who run the apartments. The apartment was huge for the money with an amazing view of the lake, plus walking distance to the town which we loved as we didn’t want to have to drive everywhere. Parking space included as well made it easy as there’s no parking near.

A perfect and magical holiday ! Lorena and her family were perfect , very warm, kind and considerate

The location was superb and easy to get to things, The apartment was very clean. Lorena is the perfect host and very thoughtful even leaving a small gift for my birthday. It was the perfect place to stay for our holiday and we truly loved being here .. so much so we didn't want to come home. We are looking forward to returning very soon !

Unrivalled views and super friendly hosts

Very warm welcome and special gifts were left in the room for my partners Birthday. The views from the balcony on the bedroom are outstanding - Gets the sun right until sunset. Pictures on booking.com do not give it justice - the balcony is right on the lake.

The only thing I didn’t like was no pavement on the road outside to walk into town. However this is the same everywhere unless you stay centre of Malcesine.

Aussergewöhnlich tolle Wohnung, super sauber. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See. Auto parkt im Hof. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Bellissima!

Alles super, tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Gardasee, ruhig gelegen, jedoch unweit zum Zentrum, max.10 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit Eurospar mit allem was man braucht in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch.

Perfekte Unterkunft für zwei bis drei Personen.

Die Begrüssung und Wohnungsübergabe durch die Besitzerin Lorena war überaus herzlich und hat bestens geklappt. Lorena hat sogar ein erstes Frühstück für uns bereit gestellt, was sehr praktisch war und wir sehr schätzten. Die Wohnung, die etwas erhöht liegt, ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut bestückt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss unten am See oder im Städtchen. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung und ein kleiner Raum für zwei oder drei Fahrräder. Wie auch im Beschrieb der Wohnung steht, ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz eng bemessen, aber mit normal grossen Autos machbar. Am besten unternimmt man alles zu Fuss oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Eine modern eingerichtete und top gepflegte Ferienwohnung - Hygienisch einwandfrei. Sie hatte eine gute Lage,das Zentrum von Malcesine war fußläufig zu erreichen.Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Ausblick auf den Gardasee.Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und hat uns bei der Ankunft einen Ordner mit Aktivitäten und Ausflugszielen übergeben.Ich habe selten eine Vermieterin erleben dürfen, die für ihre Gäste so viele Informationen bereitgestellt hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Alles Perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Gasherd, Großer Kühlschrank, Toaster. Natürlich auch Besteck und Geschirr, sowie Pfannen und Töpfe. Was uns aber am allerbesten Gefallen hat, dass alles wirklich alles super sauber war! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und renoviert. Der Balkon ist für zwei Personen perfekt. Man hat dort Möglichkeiten, nasse Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Klimaanlagen, die perfekt einstellbar sind. Der Parkplatz befindet auf dem Grundstück. Ein großes Dankeschön an Lorena und ihrer Familie. Es wird alles mit Herz und Liebe gemacht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100 Prozent!!

Für noch einen Besuch nach Malcesine werden wir sicher die gleiche Ferienwohnung buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in eine sehr gute Lage, mit Panoramablick auf Gardasee. Besser könnte nicht sein. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und auch groß genug das man nicht übereinander stolpert. Liegt in eine ruhige Umgebung ohne Straßen Lärm. 5bis 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt.

Die Abfahrt auf den eigenen Parkplatz ist ungewöhnlich aber gut machbar .
