Uzili jsme si krasnou dovolenou, domu jsme se vratili plni dojmu a zazitku. Opravdu krasne misto.
Lokalita je naprosto vyjmecna. Klidne misto a presto na dosah centra, kavaren, obchudku…
Nefungovala wifi. Coz nam trosku zkomplikovalo pobyt.

Klimaanlage fehlt
Größe, Möblierung, Lage und Ausstattung größtenteils in Ordnung. See und Ort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Abschließbare Garage.
1) Trotz Angabe "Air-Condition" in der Beschreibung ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Entspricht also nicht der Beschreibung. Vermittler (Kontakt nur per WhatsApp) geht leider nicht auf Reklamationen ein. Eigentlich wäre im Sommer ein deutlicher Preisabschlag angemessen. 2) Übergang von öffentlicher Straße zum Privatweg zur Tiefgarage so hügelig, dass ein normaler PKW aufsetzt.

Nette Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und gutem Parkplatz aber leider ohne Klimaanlage
Grundsätzlich sehr gute Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasofen und Mikrowelle. Für die Wohnung gibt es auch eine versperrbare Einzelgarage.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen Deckenventilator. Wird wie jetzt im Juli sehr heiß in der Nacht.

Angenehm und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gerade auch wg der Größe der Wohnung.
Da es recht regnerisch und kühl war, war es gut, dass die Heizung gut funktionierte und auch im Preis inbegriffen war. Anreise unkompliziert, konnten früher einchecken, einfache Kommunikation.
Nicht sehr modern eingerichtet, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bisschen mehr Stehlampen oder so im Wohnzimmer wären gut.
