Malcesine break...

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake at Malcesine. Owner very friendly.

Very noisy family in the room above us, woke us 5.30 every morning, noisy child constantly running around. They also seemed to be constantly dragging furniture around... Wish we had been on the top floor.

Unbelievable that we really didn’t find anything to complain about! Only that you had to bend sideways when doing the dishes.

Nice apartments with great location.

We had a lovely week, at Andreis Apartments. The location is great - only 850 meters to the supermarket, 1100 meters to the city centre and 1500 meters to the beach. We had a two-bedroom apartment with two balconies - and everything was very clean. The kitchen is small and I wouldn't call it well equipped (for example no scissors). Furthermore, there is hardly any tablespace for preparing food, so we only had breakfast and lunch at the apartment. The balconies are small, but we managed to have 4 chairs with the table on one of the balconies and could enjoy breakfast and lunch outside. Be aware, that there are NOT two swimming pools with all the apartments. To our apartment there was only the small pool, which is not suitable for swimming, but for playing. However, we were allowed to use the big pool (suitable for swimming), because we had not been informed about this, when we booked the apartment. The service at the apartment was great and all in all, we would stay at Andreis Apartments again!

You can't ask for more. Just a 10min walk up a hill from Malcesine city centre with some beautiful views over Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. Family friendly garden with pools, ping pong table, BBQ and more.

Perfect location for your stay at lago di garda

Beautiful view from apartment 4B over lago di garda and malcesine, spotlessly clean and everything in order. Kitchen is a little bit small but ok for one person at a time. One bedroom has harder beds , the other softer so you can base your choise who sleeps where on this if required. Free bikes are very handy to do some shopping and avoid the steep walk down and back up from the town centre with groceries. 2 excellent swimming pools, one more 'casual' between the olive trees which provide some extra shade for the sunbeds if you'd prefer, one a bit more formal used more by the regular residents. We will be back for sure in this small piece of heaven!

Good place to short stay - spend time outdoors!

View from the balcony is great! Two pools offering a good way to cool off. Location just a 10min walk from supermarkets, restaurants and the Macelsine city center. Towels and linen provided are good.

Beds are quite hard. Interior not beautiful but doing the job for everything required. Some parts could need an upgrade.

Want to come back next year

The residence is superb, well maintained, with a beautiful garden, games for children and a pretty swimming pool not too deep for young children. And it's quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. Bicycles are available free of charge. Even though we haven't used them, I would point out that for those who might be interested. It was our first time and we really want to come back to this beautiful residence next year.

The wifi is poor on the top floor. When you are connected the internet speed is very slow. And you would need a double key because to come and go from the pool you need keys. So if one person wants to go to the pool and the other person wants to come later, he has to call by phone to come and open it for him.

Hmmm średnia 9,4 to zdecydowana przesada Na plus parking, łazienka, balkon i ogród 😃 Czystość, piękne widoki

Ogrzewanie ( a raczej jego brak ponieważ nie było uruchomione), trzeba było ogrzewać mieszkanie urządzeniem klimatyzacji umieszczonym w korytarzu. Ostatniej nocy w ogóle się nie włączyło. Kanapa w salonie nie funkcjonowała w formie rozłożonej. Lodówka niestety bez zamrażalnika, bardzo słabo chłodziła. Brak zmywarki. Sypialnie ok. Brak windy!!! Na drugie piętro z bagażami-słabo… rowery z demobilu 😁 proszę nie sugerować się zdjęciem grilla w ogrodzie bo nie jest z tej posesji. Tu jest inny ale funkcjonuje. Fajny basen czysty( choć nie kąpaliśmy się bo już październik 😃)

Tolle Lage, netter Vermieter, alles Bestens

Ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten das 4er Appartment parterre mit Garten und grosser Terasse. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht modern dafür aber sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Küche und Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, grosses Bad und eben Top Lage ca 10 min zu Fuss in die City. Der Eurospar ist zu Fuss in 10 min erreichbar. Man kann dafür die Bikes nutzen die vor dem Haus stehen. Es gibt auch einen Pool der ist gross mit Liegen und Rasen. Auch schön wenn man mal nicht an den See will.

Rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht op het Gardameer. De tuin met zwembad waar het ook rustig was ondanks hoogseizoen. Eigen parkeerplaats achter een gesloten hek.

Het was behoorlijk gehorig. Wij werden ‘‘s morgens vroeg wakker gestampt door de rennende kinderen boven ons. Na de ouders hier op aangesproken te hebben ging het gelukkig beter.

Empfehlenswert!!

Die Familie war sehr sehr freundlich und war immer hilfsbereit. Uns hat der Blick auf den See gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Der Pool war super und durch die wenigen Appartements nie überfüllt. Auch der Weg in den Ort war nicht weit, höchstens 15 min. Der Parkplatz war etwas eng, aber am Gardasee ist man über so einen Parkplatz extrem froh. Man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft kann man bestens weiterempfehlen!!

Leider war die Wohnung für 6 Personen etwas klein. Natürlich kommt man nicht an den Gardasee um sich in der Unterkunft aufzuhalten. Aber das Bad war wirklich sehr klein für 6 Personen 🙈.

Schöner Blick auf den Gardasee

Der Ausblick über den Gardasee hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten bis 22 Uhr anreisen. Das hat gut gepasst, da wir ewig im Stau standen. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Die Größe des Appartements war gut, die Balkonmöbel wunderbar. In der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten. Nach Malcesine-City sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, mit Kindern oder Hunden aber mit Vorsicht, da kaum Gehweg vorhanden.

Den Aufpreis für 2 kleine Hunde für 3 Nächte in Höhe von €60 fanden wir etwas happig. Der Pool ist eher wie ein größerer Baumarktpool, wenn auch schön gelegen. Den Müll muss man selber ca. 500 Meter weit entfernt an der Straße entsorgen..Am Haus gibt es keine Entsorgungsmöglichkeit. Selbst für italienische Verhältnisse ist das Haus extrem hellhörig.

Toller Ausblick, wir würden wieder kommen!

Am besten haben uns die beiden Balkone und der schöne Blick auf den See gefallen! Es war sehr sauber und wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen! Der Vermieter war immer telefonisch zu erreichen und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Außerdem durften wir unseren Hund mitnehmen! Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen!

Es hätten etwas mehr Küchenutensilien vorhanden sein können und die gesamte Wohnung war etwas zweckmäßig eingerichtet! Unterm Strich aber alles gut!

Tranquillità e vista lago poco fuori Malcesine

Appartamento in posizione panoramica con vista sul lago e su Malcesine, raggiungibile a piedi il centro paese in 10/15 minuti su strada in leggera salita al ritorno ma fattibile anche con passeggino al seguito. Nel complesso residenziale sono presenti anche due piscine, una in un piccolo giardino recintato e l' altra in una zona pavimentata raggiungibile anche da una scala nel giardino in comune adiacente all' appartamento. Appartamento dalle metrature abbondanti con due camere matrimoniali, bagno con box doccia (però senza finestra), cucina piccola ma molto attrezzata e ampio soggiorno. Fuori è presente un tavolo con sedie per poter pranzare con vista lago e una tenda parasole avvolgibile.

Ruhig, zentral, gerne wieder

Wir waren bereits schon einmal bei einem früheren Besuch hier; dieses Mal hatten wir (trotz Buchung für "nur" 2 Personen) ein Appartement für 4+x Personen bekommen, somit natürlich sehr viel Platz. Das Appartement würde aber auch gut für 4 Personen ausreichen, da 2 separate Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer, wie auch das Haus selbst, sind sehr gepflegt, alles sauber, gute Ausstattung und alles offensichtlich noch relativ neu. Zudem sehr ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Malcesine. Leihfahrräder gibt es kostenlos. Privatparkplatz ist ebenfalls mit inklusive.

Kommen gerne wieder!

Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel im Zentrum, aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Er spricht gut deutsch. Abgesperrter Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Nächtliche Erholung bestens gesichert durch sehr gute Matratze und Fensterläden.

Etwas hellhörig, wenn im Nachbar-Appartment die Stühle gerückt werden. Mülltüte muss etwas entfernter entsorgt werden, da Mülltonne nicht am Haus.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und Extra Wohnraum mit Küche. Gute Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Gardasee, ein paar Häuser dazwischen, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Etwas wenig Geschirr zum kochen und leider kein Geschirrspüler. Da mussten die Kinder mithelfen.😉
