Overall it was pleasant stay

Nice and clean place. Breakfast was delicious and area was beautiful.

In the apartment was only one toilet paper for 4 days, no mugs. And the biggest problem distance. On booking.com was 0.9km but it was 4km from town. I send them email about it, but no reply, no communication. So we has to walk up the hill with heavy luggage, because we came by bus. I called them when we were in the middle of way up, because it was not possible to get there on time. Luckily they picked up us by car. However if they communicate by email we could have avoid pains in our back and shoulders.

Superb

The hotel, pool and garden are amazing as are staff and food. We had an apartment which although basic was good. Beautiful gardens and restaurant balcony overlooking the pool. We didn't think photos did it justice. Very peaceful. Lovely place to stay.

The very small balcony on apartment, although enclosed had to be careful chairs didn't slip over edge . The hotel was further out of town than expected, quite high up. We walked down but got taxi back. Only found out on last day that there is a bus which reception did not mention, although we did ask about transport.

Comfortable and spacious apartments with friendly and helpful staff.

The apartments were sizable and comfortable. When reserving the room we requested a gluten-free breakfast for my daughter who has Celiac Disease. Every morning the restaurant staff made sure that my daughter had multiple gluten-free options. They even went out of their way to point out which cold cuts were GF. It made breakfast and the entire stay much more enjoyable for us. FYI: The apartment/hotel is 2 miles up a steep and windy hill which is nice if you want to be removed from the activity of the city but doesn't really make it walkable from town especially if you have children with you.

The only mild complaint is that the wardrobes had a funky air freshner/Febreeze type smell that we could not tolerate so we just didn't use the wardrobes.

The view was outstanding and much better than I had imagined! Great facilities, very clean, polite staff, amazing pool area, fab hot tub!

The room in the apartment were big and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped and large. The balcony has beautiful view to garden with vegetables and to the mountains. Place was very clean. The breakfast was excellent will good variety.

We prefer one twin bed rather than two single beds

Ruim appartement, fijn zwembad met volop ligstoelen en heerlijk ontbijt. Ook lan je s avonds heerlijk het hotel eten voor een goede prijs

Vanuit het appartement geen uitzicht op het Gardameer. Naar Malcesine lopen 15 minuten is goed te toen. Maar pittige klim terug van 35 minuten. Er rijdt wel een ov busje, maar slechts een paar keer per dag

Na žalost naše izkušnje v hotelu niso bile pozitivne. Osebje na recepciji (gospa s kratko frizuro) ni bilo posebej prijazno ali v pomoč, prav tako nismo vedeli, kje se sploh registrirati, saj ni bilo jasno označeno, da je to del hotela. Apartma oziroma kopalnica je bila neurejena in umazana; nisem se niti mogla stuširati zaradi plesni in slabega stanja prostora. Pohištvo je staro, večinoma zloženo skupaj, v kotičkih so bile pajčevine, pajki in tudi komarji. Postopek prijave je bil zamuden – check-in je bil šele ob 16.00, kljub temu da nas je hotel hotel nameraval sprejeti že ob 14.45, čeprav apartma tisti dan še ni bil zaseden. Na podlagi naše izkušnje hotel toplo odsvetujemo; pričakovali smo bistveno bolj urejen in prijeten prostor ter prijaznejše osebje.

È davvero una bella oasi nel verde. Ottimo per staccare e rilassarsi. Molto buona e variegata la colazione. Comodo per Malcesine e per il Monte Baldo.
