Very comfortable and excellent view to the lake

This quaint apartment is all about the view and the pool.

The apartment is in a complex on the hill above the lake and so enjoys a fabulous view of Lake Garda and the mountains. Location is 5 minutes walk from the lake and a 20 minute stroll to the old town of Malcesine. There you will find lots of shops, restaurants and ferries to Limone and other towns. The apartment itself is quaint and basic but comfortable and clean. The terrace is lovely for enjoying meals and admiring the view. The air-conditioning worked well and there are window shutters and shade blinds for privacy and keeping out the sun on hot days. The walk-in shower was good. The bed is ok but some people may find it soft. There is a fairly new washing machine, in a cupboard on the balcony, that was clean and well maintained. The kitchenette has an induction stove top but no exhaust fan. The kitchen equipment was adequate for cooking basic meals. A highlight was the pool which was great for a quick dip after a hot day of sightseeing. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. No request was a problem. We asked about extra pillows and pool towels and they delivered extra pillowcases and towels in no time.

Everything was great, just a couple of minor things: - would be helpfull to have sharper knives for cooking :) - I'd personally prefer a firmer mattress in the bedroom Overall, if I am back in Malcesine, I would definitely prefer to stay in this apartment again!

Ładny apartament z pięknym widokiem na jezioro i góry. Spokojna lokalizacja z basenem. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (czajnik, toster, naczynia, zestaw przypraw, oliwa, ocet, ręcznik kuchenny itp.). Działająca klimatyzacja. Blisko do centrum. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe na zamkniętym terenie obiektu. Miły i pomocny gospodarz.

Jedyny minus to twarde materace w salonie.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Die Lage des Appartements hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein kleines Appartement mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Was will man mehr? Die Unterkunft liegt 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum. Man muss schon gut zu Fuß sein (was wir sind), weil das Appartement am Berg liegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich. Das Appartement war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Öl,Essig, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee, etc. ) Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Sehr empfehlenswert - traumhafter Seeblick

Alles war perfekt!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Der Vermieter Michele empfing uns sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und erklärte uns alles sehr gut. Das Appartement befindet sich im 2.Stock, das über eine Treppe erreichbar ist und es liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage mit Pool für alle Gäste. Der Seeblick, ob vom Panoramafenster innen oder von der Terrasse aus, war einfach nur traumhaft. Das Appartement hatte alles was man braucht, war sehr gut eingerichtet. Eigener privater Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenen Grundstück war sehr schön. Die Stadt erreicht man in gut 10min. zu Fuß. Die Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo erreicht man in gut 15min. zu Fuß.

Da gibt es nichts - es war alles perfekt!

Schöne Aussicht, großer Balkon & bequemes Bett

Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Der Besitzer spricht Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist nicht leicht zu finden, da es sich um einen großen Wohnblock / Ferienanlage handelt. Der Pool war in einem guten Zustand und kann von allen Bewohnern der des Wohnblocks genutzt werden. Handtücher und Shampoo waren vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Küche ist ausreichend und teilweise auch ausgestattet. Teller gibt es aber keine. Im Bad befindet sich sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage kostet 5 Euro extra pro Tag.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad (um die Dusche) könnte besser sein.

Die Unterkunft hat den schönen Fotos in der Anzeige 100 % entsprochen, war sehr sauber und der Blick über den See unbeschreiblich schön. Unser Vermieter hat alle Frage umgehend beantwortet und war ein sehr netter Kontakt
