The most important: accepting dogs. Very close to the beach and pleasant walk to Malcesine.
Nice patio to rest, close to the beach, good price. Very friendly host and easy to contact.
Some people might not mind closeness of the busy street, but it is worth to realize that many properties around Lake Garda are located right at the road going around the lake. So, it is noisy during the peak hours.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
Das Appartement war Super. Sehr geräumig. Wohn- Esszimmer Sehr Gut, Schlafzimmer Sehr Gut, 2. Zimmer Sehr Gut. Bad Super Gut. Es gab eine Klimaanlage die auch abends Wärme zugeführt hat. Die Matraze im 2 Zimmer wurde schnell gewechselt da diese durchgelegen war.

Super Lage für Ausflüge für Familien und Wanderer. Gern wieder.
Super Lage - kurze Wege a die Promenade und den Strand. Es gab einen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und einen kleinen Garten. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Lautstärke der Straße-was aber ok war denn wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und abends war es ok.

Ein toller Aufentalt in einer super Unterkunft!
Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Matteo verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer (ein großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett). Ein eigener Parkplatz mit sehr schönem Garten befindet sich direkt davor bzw. auf dem Hof. Für meinen Papa, der nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, war alles ebenerdig und dadurch leicht begehbar. Matteo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und ging individuell auf meine Wünsche ein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Die Lage ist top. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Malcesine. Schöne Terrasse, großes Bad, Parkplatz am Haus.
