Beautiful appartment with stunning views

Beautiful lake views , peaceful setting , nice balcony for afternoon sun, easy access to lakeside. Hosts present and helpful if needed. About a 15 minute walk from the port and nearest shops. Bus stop bottom of the road.

Schöne neue Wohnung mit toller Seesicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und modern. Nichts war defekt und es gab sogar einen kleinen Gefrierschrank. Wir hatten 2 Balkone und eine schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee (2. Stock). Ruhig gelegen, Parkplätze vor dem Haus, sogar Liegen und Sitzmöbel im Außenbereich. Der anfallende Müll muss etwa 300m entfernt entsorgt werden. Das war problemlos und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Allgemein möchte ich noch erwähnen, daß viele Häuser und Hotels am nördlichen Gardasee nur über schmale Straßen erreichbar sind. Das war auch hier so, stellte aber auch für unseren SUV kein großes Problem dar. Die Parkplätze am Haus selbst waren ausreichend groß.

Leider lief Anfang Oktober keine Heizung. Eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber wegen der Wetterlage betrug die Temperatur im Wohnbereich nur zwischen 18 und 19,5 Grad.

Eine echte Empfehlung, gerne wieder

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen und fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Alle Räume sind recht großzügig gestaltet und aktuell ziemlich neu. Die Küchenausstattung war komplett und absolut ausreichend. Ebenso großzügige Parkplätze, direkt auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben hier mit 2 Personen gewohnt, die Größe wäre aber auch für 4 Personen gut ausreichend.

Entspannung pur am Gardasee

Meeeeeega:) Ein tolles, neuwertiges und großes Appartement. Man betritt die Wohnung und ist direkt entspannt. Sehr nette Inhaber. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge gehabt. Tolle Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Malcesine 🇮🇹

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen praktischen Parkplatz, und die Vermieterin ist herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten zudem unsere Fahrräder sicher unterstellen. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wände sind leider sehr hellhörig…

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden und die Gastgeberin Carlotta stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Blick auf die Berge vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Es gab sogar einen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. In ca 15min ist man im Stadtkern von Malcesine.

Alapvetően jó volt, de a szemét ügy nagyon rossz lezárás volt.

A szállás elhagyásakor ki kellett vinni a szemetet. Sosem tapasztaltam még ilyet, teljesen indokolatlan a felszólítás. El is rontotta az utolsó élményt a szállással kapcsolatban.

Apartament piękny, czysty, wyremontowany, po prostu tip top. Doskonale działające WiFi. Taras z widokiem na jezioro. Cisza, spokój, można naprawdę wypocząć. W ogrodzie rozstawione krzesełka i leżaki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z panią Carlotta. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzeba, kuchnia posiada wszystko co niezbędne. Przestronny.

Jeden malutki minusik który na sam koniec pobytu wprowadził mieszane uczucia. Dzień przed wyjazdem dostaje się informację że należy zabrać ze sobą wszystkie śmieci. W związku z tym razem z bagażami jechaliśmy również do najbliższego śmietnika z workami śmieci, butelek. Podróżujemy systematycznie nad jezioro Gardą ale przyznam po raz pierwszy nam się to zdarzyło. Uważam że należy to jakoś inaczej rozwiązać.
