Stay in the heart of an ancient town

Exceptionally kind, responsive and helpful hosts. Sarah, who met us, was very nice and the owner Massimo gave us a lot of tips and information regarding restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. The apartment is cozy and newly refurbished, the beddings were comfortable and we really appreciated the shower with a really good water stream that is not so usual in old houses. The house is located in a very beautiful old town with an awesome labyrinth of narrow streets and cozy squares. Plenty of restaurants are just stepping outside the apartment (not all of them are open in a low season, but it was not an issue). We visited several towns/villages around lake Garda and Malcesine is probably the most attractive town for holiday at Garda.

Super location, great host, cute boutique apartment

The location was fantastic. Cannot get any more central. The key transfer was pretty painless with host being super helpful in helping with luggage and parking and tips. So nice that the host arranged a free private parking spot for us. The apartment was a little smaller than we anticipated. Snug for us 4 especially the living room area. Cute boutique apartment on 3 split floors. Okay as we were out for most of the time.

Having only one bathroom and toilet which caused a queue in the mornings. But an apartment this size I gets its not possible to fit anymore facilities in. Not a big fan of semi see-through frosted glass slide doors on bathroom/toilet - but we were a family so not so much of an issue.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful place. Great Location.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Right in the middle of the town, a very good restaurant right outside the door. A few minutes walk to a beautiful beach, close to shops and the port from which you can get a boat to Limone. The host was very accommodating. He told us about the town when we arrived, gave recommendations for restaurants, beaches, things to do etc. There is air conditioning but not in the bedrooms. However, both bedrooms have fans that work pretty well so we weren't uncomfortable. The apartment was very clean, the host gave us snacks and water when we arrived. Malcesine is a beautiful place worth going to and this apartment was the perfect place to stay in this fairytale-like town.

Everything about the apartment, our host, the location was perfect! We couldn't have asked for as nicer host and his help with restaurant choices and sightseeing advice was spot on!

Lage = Mitten im Leben 😃 und die Nähe zum 🌊 , Auswahl an Restaurants - 🔝 Vermieter sehr freundlich 👍🏻 ( hat einen tollen Laden in Malcesine ❗️)

Nicht gefallen - falsche Wortwahl Eine Anmerkung: für Menschen mit orthopädischen LAUF-Einschränkungen (Treppensteigen) ist das Appartement nicht geeignet, weil Treppen am Eingang, Treppe zu den Schlafräumen, Treppe zum Aufenthaltsraum und Küche. Balkon gibt es leider nicht, aber auch ein Vorteil, man verbringt den ganzen Tag im FREIEN ⛰️🕍🚤🚲🍷🍕🍝🌊

Alles Bestens - So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Eine wunderbar zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mitten in der historischen Altstadt, so dass man beim Hinaustreten gleich mittendrin ist. So haben wir’s gewollt und 1:1 bekommen :) Die Wohnung ist ungewöhnlich geschnitten (3 kleine Ebenen) und sehr gemütlich. Mit 2 Doppelbetten war die Wohnung für uns 4 Personen optimal. Was man wissen muss: In der Innenstadt ist es wegen der vielen Menschen natürlich nicht leise. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, muss sich darauf einrichten, dass das Leben in der Altstadt bis nach Mitternacht deutlich wahrnehmbar ist - und auch früh wieder losgeht, da Restaurants etc. beliefert werden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind Außengeräusche aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Unser Gastgeber Massimo war und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat auch Restaurant-Tipps etc. parat. Da er ebenfalls in der kleinen Altstadt arbeitet, ist er mit Hilfen bei Bedarf sofort vor Ort. Einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gibt es wegen der schmalen Gassen natürlich nicht. Unser Auto war auf einem Hof untergebracht - 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar - und wir konnten es für Ausflüge jederzeit nutzen. Top! Unsere Erwartungen haben sich voll erfüllt - Lieben Dank an Massimo!!!

Wir kommen wieder.

Top Lage mitten drin im historischen Stadtkern, ganz nah am Wasser. Sehr gemütlich und noch viel schöner als auf den Photos. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und offen. Wir haben hier tolle Tage verbracht.
