The apartment was the perfect spot - great value for money. Highly recommend!

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was centrally located yet. It was still very quiet. The outside porch was a really nice feature and we would eat breakfast outside, we would get fresh bread every morning at a local shop a few mins walk away. Any laundry that we did would be dry in a few hours after putting it out on the porch on the drying rack. Our host was kind enough to provide us with a complementary bottle of wine, some pasta, coffee, pods, tea, dish detergent, dishwasher, tabs, extra garbage bags. There was nothing that we had to ask for. The A/C was a nice feature to have as well - we had a heat wave while we were there.

Perfect location, excellent accommodation and worth every penny!

Amazing location. Very clean and very well appointed. Host was really helpful and friendly. This is a great value and perfectly located apartment. This is our 5th stay in Malcesine and we would recommend and rebook this again and again.

We were fine for our stay but could see the property would benefit from aircon during the hottest months.

Fantastic flat with a perfect location.

Location location location. In this respect casa del borgo is nearly perfect. Situated in the old town, great restaurants, gelato stores, and shopping are all at your door step. The owner provides a free parking pass. This is huge as parking in the area is a bit challenging and expensive. Malchesine itself? So much to do. Water sports like windsurfing and kiteboarding, paragliding, hiking, shopping, ferries to other towns - it’s all right there! The apartment is spacious, the host is very friendly and the patio is fantastic!

in the summer months if it is hot the fans have a hard time keeping up. If you like to sleep early the adjacent restaurant could be challenging if the windows are open. Adding a small air conditioner would make this property pretty much perfect. If you require linnen for all of the beds I recommend asking in advance.

Wonderful place, helpful host! Can’t wait to go back!

The property had everything we would need for the week, our host gifted us some wine in the fridge for our arrival which was really nice. We were so close to everything, restaurants near by and shops about 5 minutes walk away. Such a beautiful place!

La casa del Borgo is situated directly in centre of town and also close to the beach. Lot of space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, big terrace.

Just one cons - missing air-conditioning. Everything else was great.
