Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Häuschen. Fussweg ins Dorf 8-10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich. Das Häuschen besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, die wir beide gemietet hatten.
Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen sehr spartanisch:
Es gab keine Weingläser, nur 2 ‚normale’ Kaffeetassen (viele ‚Jumbos’, nur 3 Espresso). Das ‚Schlafzimmer‘ der kleinen Wohnung im Souterrain ist kein Raum. Das Bett steht quasi im Eingangsbereich. Damit ist dies eine Ein-Raum-Wohnung. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber wenn die sich Wohn-/Küchenbereich befindliche Schlafcouch auch genutzt werden soll schlafen alle im selben Raum.
Das geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor und führt beim Bedarf an Einzelzimmern zur Fehlplanung.

Ampiezza ed eleganza della struttura, disponibilità di giardino e barbecue. Tranquillità e al tempo stesso relativa vicinanza al centro storico di Malcesine. La gentilezza e la premura di Matteo, referente per la casa.

The villa was very clean and fully air conditioned and a little outside the main town centre so very quiet.
