Läget i Malcesine är fantastiskt. Mer centralt kan man inte bo. Privat parkering med grind och plats för två bilar. Lägenheten som är i toppskick har generösa ljusa ytor med AC i alla sovrum, kök och vardagsrum. Alla fönster har jalusier och markiser för att ge skugga och mörkt i rummet på natten. Lägenheten är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter, stor flat screen tv, supersnabbt wifi, ugn, mikrovågsugn, stor kyl och frys. 3st balkonger varav en går mot innergården. Ett av badrummen är utrustad med en modern tvättmaskin. Huvudsovrummet är utrustat med eget badrum och toalett.

Centralt betyder en hel del trafikljud utanför huset på dagarna, dock lugnar trafikljud ner sig efter kl18:00. Köket skulle behöva ordentliga köksknivar. Fler utemöbler till balkongerna än för två personer skulle uppskattas.
