Only 300 meters from the beach, in an absolutely quiet and elevated position under an olive grove at the foot of Monte Baldo is this 120m² apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, large living and dining room and 40m² covered summer terrace! A great place to enjoy the Italian flair with the whole family or with friends and to really relax! In addition to a beautiful beach, Cassone also offers kite and surf schools, tennis courts, a soccer pitch, a mini market, various restaurants and bars, a museum and the shortest river in Italy, the "Aril". You can also go on great excursions to Monte Baldo from Cassone! The shuttle bus takes you easily to the other parts of Malcesine, the bus stop is 250 m from the accommodation.
The apartment offers 2 beautiful rooms with double bed and lake view, 1 large twin room with 2 single beds and lake view and 1 further single room with French bed. This room has access to the terrace. The terrace is the heart of the apartment and the perfect place for convivial evenings and delicious meals with the whole family or friends.
