Die Lage ist ideal, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger möchte, der kann in Richtung bergauf zwischen den Olivenbäumen spazieren gehen und die herrliche Aussicht auf den See genießen. Die Anlage ist modern, hell und sehr sauber.
