A studio with a view

First & foremost the view! Just wonderful sitting out overlooking the lake, castle & town with the Monte Baldo cable car passing overhead! The studio had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday & prepare simple meals. Great that some kitchen essentials were supplied (eg. tea towels, washing up liquid, single serve condiments & coffees etc) We would not hesitate to stay here again

We had a couple of nights of broken sleep due to noise caused by high winds rocking the dividing garden screen. However this issue was addressed

Not a bad place for some days in lake garda; however, we may explore a different one next time.

The view is very nice, the apartment was clean, comfortable beds, not too far from downtown. The attention was responsive to our requests the second day.

it was April but still cold and the first night the heating system was not working, and the kids beds had only thin summer blankets, it was a cold night. We informed and both heating and blankets were solved the second day. The main room had only an internal window to a garage, kind of dark. The jacuzzi was not working, it is only open in summer, not even in spring, should not be advertised, it was one of the features for us to choose this apartment.

Comfortable house with fantastic views

The property is comfortable and well equipped, in a perfect location - just a 10 min walk from the old town and very close to the cable car. From the house there are amazing views of the cable car, lake and castle.

Nice view, rude staff and bad check in experience

The lady that welcomed us was rude. When we got to the place at 5pm it took us 10minutes to find a staff member and then a lady walked towards us. She said her daughter wasn't there yet- not a smile, not a welcoming vibe at all! When she showed us the apartment I asked if the couch was a double bed since we were 4 adults (my parents were waiting in the car still) and the lady was very surprised we were 4 people and asked me if i was sure we were 4 guests. I checked on my booking reservation and it said 4 adults and tax to pay for 4 people, so clearly i had booked for 4. The lady said she would be back in 20 minutes to make the sofa bed- when she did she asked if i had booked through booking.com and I said yes. She said booking always books for 4 people (which is not true cause I often travel with my partner and book for 2 guests on booking) and kinda made it sound it was my fault for booking through booking.com instead of apologize for not having the apartment ready for us. Then she went on saying that I should not have booked through booking.com- my dad explained i live in Canada and therefore I found the place through booking.com. the lady said "you should have looked us up and phoned". Rude! At the point I just said well it's too late now and we're here. Just to clarify, if it wasn't for booking.com I would have never found this place. If you don't want clients to book through booking.com or get annoyed at them, then get off booking.com!!! The check in process took a while between the lady making the bed and manually writing down the details about our IDs (she also seemed annoyed she could not understand our info on the Canadian IDs). So we left our apartment at 6.30 pm, then we got back to the apartment and tried to turn on the AC around 8.30pm for the first time and it didn't work. I messaged the staff on booking.

Amazing views of the lake from the apartment.

The views from our patio over the lake were incredible! Such a beautiful place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Full sized refrigerator and cooking area was nice to have for the extended stay.

The walk up to the property is a bit steep if you don’t have a vehicles. But you earn the gelato every day by walking!

Self catering amenities were adequate. the view was stunning high enough up from the busy town to be quiet and relaxing.

The apartment was up a fairly step road and for the elderly or less active could be a challenge.

Wonderful lakeview, parking in the garage, charming house, uncomplicated check in and check out, very close to the city center of Malcesine, nice hosts, hand sanitizers on the whole area.

The bed was not very comfortable and the double bed was just made out of two single beds which were not attached to each other. Some soap in the bathroom would have been great, especially in times of Covid.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den See

Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem die Lage von LaPerla in GoogleMaps leider falsch eingezeichnet ist - man muss den Berg hoch, aber dann NICHT rechts, sondern etwas später LINKS abbiegen - hat sie auch dabei geholfen, das Auto rückwärts aus der falschen Auffahrt heraus zu navigieren. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den See. Das Badezimmer war super! Zudem ist Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage in Malcesine ein ganz großer Pluspunkt - auch im Winter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Hilfsbetten sind verbesserungsfähig, der Prosecco im Kühlschrank war gut gemeint, passte aber nicht wirklich zur insgesamt sehr schönen Unterkunft (aber so wichtig ist das jetzt auch nicht).

Una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Garda

Proprietaria simpatica e gentilissima che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Appartamento molto accogliente, all'interno di un bellissimo complesso, dotato di tutti i servizi con vista spettacolare sul lago. Cucina e bagno funzionali, letto molto comodo . Parcheggio gratuito in garage con accesso coperto fino all'alloggio, davvero un lusso extra. Posizione ottima sia per visitare il centro che per partire per qualche giro/escursione. Funivia per la risalita al monte Baldo a pochi metri.

L'unico neo riguarda il fatto che il termostato del corridoio d'entrata è stato montato proprio di fronte al corpo riscaldante così da staccare dopo poco tempo quando viene regolato per l'accensione del riscaldamento.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, geräumiges Appartement, alles was man benötigte war vorhanden und natürlich die umwerfende Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Fussläufig war das Stadtzentrum erreichbar. Garage für unser Auto. Kommen gerne wieder.

Steiler Ab- und Aufstieg zum Stadtzentrum also was Urlaub und Training inklusive😉. Die Aussicht hat uns unseren Muskelkater vergessen lassen

La amabilidad tanto de Sonia a nuestra llegada, como de Chiara más adelante, fue una maravilla. Las vistas del alojamiento y la tranquilidad que se respira por el día y al descansar por la noche. Las facilidades que te brinda tener el parking propio. La ubicación perfecta, para visitar el pueblo, teleférico cerca...todo a pie. La limpieza, impecable.

En nuestro caso fue una estancia corta, en cuanto al menaje/equipamiento no sé cómo funcionaría para una estancia prolongada, en cualquier caso estoy segura que se podría consultar y ayudarían con lo que se necesitara. Si puede servir de ayuda la info, para alguien con mayor dificultad física en la marcha, el alojamiento está ubicado en lo alto, por lo tanto existe una cuesta para llegar a él. Para nosotros no fue un problema.

Veľká terasa.Výhľad na jazero, blízkosť centra Kuchyňa dobre vybavená.Parkovisko v garáži -super.Menili nám aj osušky s uterákmi.

Malá kúpeľňa aj so záchodom, vírivka nefungovala,voda v nej špinavá-vraj technik nemal čas opraviť..Mali sme jednoizbový apartmán 4osoby -rodina s 2 deťmi.Pre 4 osoby nevhodný -deti spali na pohovke a kovovej postelí s matracom, ktorá mala jednu nohu kratšiu, preto bola podložená obkladačkou.Aj stôl sa kýval, podlaha v kuchyni bola krivá. Klimatizácia iba v kuchyni-slabá, hlučná, nestíhala chladiť,nieto ešte aj spálňu. Deň pred odchodom sme zastihli majiteľku, povedali že apartmán s vírivkou sme objednávali pre prípad horšieho počasia,čo aj bolo. Ponúkla nám kompenzáciu, ale to bolo málo.Neboli sieťky na oknách, veľa komárov,keď sme vetrali.

...posizione ottima per andare in centro a Malcesine ...ovvio che c'e' una salita importante da fare ma sono solo 200 metri e la veduta nell'appartamento in cui ero era bellissima .

Sehr erholsam.

Die Aussicht zum See war sehr schön, auch hatten wir eine schöne Terrasse und konnten den Blick über den See jeden Tag genießen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Gut war auch, dass man sein Auto gesichert in einer Garage abstellen kann. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch ganz ok, in ein paar Minuten ist man im Geschehen, aber es ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Lediglich die Zufahrt, bzw. der Weg zum Apartment ist sehr steil.

Mit Blick über dem Gardasee !

Ein herrliches Apartment mit Blick über den Gardasee.Die Altstadt ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso Supermarkt, Apotheke und Restaurants. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da der Rückweg einren extremen Anstieg hat.

Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau... Ich hätte mich über eine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad gefreut und über Auflagen für die Terassenmöbel.

Eine idyllische Lage mit einem schönen Gardasee Ausblick

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Eine schöne ruhige Aussicht,und nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum . Das einzige Problem für manche sein kann ist die hoche Lage da braucht man schon starke Beine um den Apartament zu erreichen, was auch mit dem Auto kein Problem ist . Unseren Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen ☺️

Ein sehr entspannter Uraub in einer top Unterkunft

Die Lage ist traumhaft, man hat einen schönen Blick auf den See, das Haus liegt zentral in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Malcesine, der Weg zurück kann je nach körperlichem Zustand ein wenig anstrengend sein, da man den Berg hoch muss, parken kann man in eigenen Tiefgarage.

Toller Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Gardasee

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang, Terrasse und einem überdachten Balkon. Alles mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee und die Burg. Dass die Bahn zum Monte Baldo über das Grundstück führt ist absolut kein Problem.

Einzig und allein das Sofa hätte bequemer sein können. Ansonsten alles top.

Posizione strategica: 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, vista eccezionale sul Lago di Garda da un punto elevato. Monolocale ben gestito come spazio, zona giorno ben divisa dalla zona notte.
