There are so many wonderful to things to say about our stay in Blue Sky Garda Sunset! I will start with the hosts, Paolo and Rosita were fantastic - they were very clear communicators from the offset and collecting the keys was a seamless process, as was returning the keys. But more than this, they provided great support to our stay, providing us with some fantastic restaurant recommendations! As well as resolving a small issue in the flat, quickly and effectively.
Next the flat itself - the VIEW! It is stunning - you walk in and straight away you are grateful that you booked the place. The apartment is super comfortable and we slept so well in the comfy bed. The flat is well equipped for everything you need. The blinds were really effective and we enjoyed that it was so dark at night. The balcony overlooking Lake Garda is a wonderful addition and makes the most of the stunning view - we had lovely coffees in the morning and a digestif at night out there.
Next the location - a triumph, you are a 5 minute walk from Old Town Malcesine, near enough to wander in for restaurants and aperitivo. But that 5 minutes, also means its quieter - away from all the hustle and bustle of day visitors and coach loads of people. The flat has private and secure parking, so going out for the day isn't an issue.
Overall, it was exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment or the owners.

You need to pay in cash on arrival (rather than on card with booking.com) - this made me nervous before we arrived. BUT Paolo and Rosita are 100% legitimate so don't worry.
Also make sure you ask them for restaurant recommendations - they were great!

Die Lage mitten in Malcesine aber dennoch ruhig war optimal. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf die Burg und den See ist unglaublich schön. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man wird wärmstens empfangen. Selbst Snacks, Grtränke und ein Abendessen waren bei der Buchung von den Gastgebern bereitgestellt.

Zur Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir sehr herzlich von Rosita und Paolo empfamgen die uns auch dann gleich die Wohnung zeigten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist farblich alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Da gab es viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Allerbeste ist aber dieser atemberaubende Blick vom Balkon aus auf den Gardasee mit seinem felsigen Ufer, der sehr schönen Burg und das Stadtbild von Malcesine. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen kann. In 5 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt oder beim nächsten Supermarkt. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hafen oder an der Seilbahnstation. Auch schön ist dass das Haus einen Fahrstuhl hat und somit das Gepäck nicht weit zu tragen ist. Vielen Dank an Rosita und Paolo für unseren schönen Urlaub.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL property! The VIEW, the AMENITIES, the HOSTS, the CLEANLINESS, the DECOR! The communication prior to our stay and during our stay was excellent. The hosts Paolo and Rosita are the kindest and friendliest people you will ever meet. They have thought of everything that guests could possibly need, want or desire. We will never forget our stay and will always compare future apartments to this high standard! Thank you Paolo and Rosita for memories that will warm our hearts forever!
