Superb

Great location only a 10 min walk to Malcesine centre. Gentle hill down and back up. Swimming pool was great, nice and clean. Apartment was clean and catered for 2 adults and 2 kids (7yrs)and (8yrs) very well. If we come back to Malcesine in the future, which we hope to, we would definitely stay here again, we overall had a great stay here!

It’s advertised with aircon, which it does have but only in the main living area which is fine,but in the bedroom it doesn’t have air con only a ceiling fan on the roof, so there fore it was very warm sleeping! There is no oven in the property only a hob and a microwave, there is a dishwasher which we never used, so if it was me ide swap the dishwasher for an oven!

I přes pár nedostatků to byla skvělá volba!

Úžasná majitelka, vždy na telefonu, nápomocná úplně se vším, skvělé doporučení na restaurace, moc děkujeme!!! Příjemný je bazén v zahradě, hezký balkón s neuvěřitelným výhledem na Lago di Garda…

Celkově by ubytování chtělo modernizaci… ve sprchovém koutě to nebylo úplně příjemné… klimatizace strašně hučela a de facto nechladila v ložnici… u bazénu nebyl úplně prostor na nějaké lenošení na lehátkách…

Fantastisk, men det er plads til forbedringer

Beliggenheden i forhold til Malcesine bymidte og den helt forrygende udsigt gjorde det til en fantastisk ferie. Poolen var skøn. Vi blev også budt godt velkommen af Cinzia, der gennemgik lejligheden med os, og var tilgængelig hele opholdet.

Silvios House trænger til en opgradering flere steder. Madrassen på sengen var ok, men sengebunden var så knirkende at den mindste bevægelse vækkede os. Det var dejligt med en opvaskemaskine, men al for lidt service der gjorde at vi måske starte den hver dag. Ikke særlig miljøvenligt. Endelig kunne det være rart med behagelige altanmøbler når nu udsigten er så enestående.

Wunderschön erholsam mit kleinen Abstrichen

Schöne ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick, schöner Pool, kurzer Weg in das Zentrum, eigener Parkplatz, Matratzen bequem, Küche komplett ausgestattet, Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Kochtöpfe könnten mal erneuert werden, Geschirr und Besteck musste erstmal gereinigt werden, gemütliche Leselampe im Wohnzimmer fehlt

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Vermieterin, sauberes Apartment und das Allerbeste war das Panoramafenster im Wohnbereich mit dem phantastischen Ausblick auf dem Gardasee. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich. Es gab nur ein Ventilator. Zum Glück war es in unserer Reisezeit nicht so heiß.
