Beautiful Villa in a beautiful place x
we had a lovely week in Villa Pia, It's a stunning villa with beautiful surroundings and absolutely spotless inside and out,Two huge bedrooms with loads of storage and also two toilets.Great views over the lake and mountains surrounding lake garda and only a few minutes walk to Malcesine town,shops,buses and the lake. Agostina was very nice and helpful.We hope to be staying again in the very near future.Thankyou x
I can't find anything negative to say about Villa Pia. There is a bit of road noise but you can't have a villa near a town as good as this one without a road!! so by no means this is a negative.we loved it! 10/10

4 nights wasn't long enough! Could of stayed for much longer!!
The location is perfect, with the supermarket right next door being really handy! The views are breathtaking and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed, including WiFi! Our host even managed to source a babybath for us ahead of our arrival!
Only one small thing...some English TV channels would be fab, but not essential as being by the lake beats any TV viewing!! Would just be handy if you get a stormy day!

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Auch die Besitzerin ist super freundlich 6nd hilfsbereit.
Sparmarkt 3 Min. Fußweg. Das Zentrum inkl. See 5 Min. zu Fuß.
Der Geräuschpegel durch den laufenden Verkehr ist schon extrem. Aber wenn man Zentrumnah wohnen will, muss man das in Kauf nehmen. Es gibt auch nicht wie angegeben 2 Bäder, sondern 1 Bad und 1 Gäste WC.
