Fantastic location with exceptionally beautiful views! Malcesine is a very nice town with a castle that is a must see. Nice pool. Really nice and helpful hostess.
No air conditioning! Too hot and only noisy ceiling fans. No seating by the pool unless you bring your own chairs.

In general, all expectations have been met. Very nice host, very clean little (but still sufficient for 4 persons) comfortable apartment with small garden, grill, pool and amazing view. Thank you very much for hosting:)
Following could be improved:
1. Wi-Fi in the flat could be installed at very small cost allowing much more comfort
2. Time to the lake / beach has been initially understated, realistic assumption to reach the normal beach would be 20-25 minutes (around 1.6-1.7 km) - just kindly give the more realistic indication allowing better planing (mentioned 750m do not reflect actual effort). In other respects, all was great.
