Le persone che vi lavorano.. in primis . Receptionist di una cortesia e disponibilità unica.
Ristorante "da Angelo " a dir poco eccezionale, con il maître Mauro che ti fa sentire meglio che a casa . Cosa ancora più appagante, vedere l' Hotel che cura lo stato di manutenzione con lavori anche importanti. Evidenza di voler dare al cliente ,un servizio sempre migliore .

Gentilezza dello staff, ristorante, pulizia, interni curati, qualità della biancheria del letto strepitosa! Mi ricorda le lenzuola lisce e fresche della mia nonna… una piuma!
Nulla se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo il sistema di accensione delle luci fuori l’ascensore si accende in ritardo e può creare disorientamento

The apartment was not clean when we arrived (the floor was full of hair); the rooms do not look as they are presented on booking.com. The main bedroom was very small and uncomfortable, a bed cover was dirty (with stains)
