Just about 50 meters from the Alter Strom in Warnemünde and a few minutes from the beach, the vacation apartments “Strandperle,” “Kreuzliner,” “Lieblings Meerchen,” and “Meerglück” are available for your stay. We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Strandperle” apartment has been furnished to a high standard and with great care. It is located on the first floor and features a spacious living room (flat-screen TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi) with a double sofa bed, a kitchen-living room (stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed, a very nice bathroom with a corner tub and a hair dryer, and laminate flooring throughout. You’ll feel right at home!
From the living room (floor-to-ceiling windows) with a French balcony, you can see all the way to the Alter Strom (approx. 100 m).

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.


The apartment’s initial supplies include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).


At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us, starting at 6 € per night.

People with severe disabilities (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
