The "Seevogel" villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. The Baltic Sea beach, the Alte Strom, the bus stop, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. At Villa “Seevogel,” we offer four tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can relax in a beach chair and enjoy a refreshing Rostocker Pils. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Seevogel! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 51-square-meter, vintage-style “Kormoran” 3-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The 2 bedrooms (2nd TV) are furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment features high-quality PVC flooring throughout. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The living room includes a TV (cable), radio, and free Wi-Fi. A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). This vacation rental is for non-smokers only. From the balcony, you can step directly into the garden. Enjoy our spacious garden area, furnished with beach chairs.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein zweiter Nachttisch und eine zweite Leselampe hätten das Glück perfekt gemacht!
