The "Seevogel" villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. The Baltic Sea beach, the Alte Strom, the bus stop, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. At Villa “Seevogel,” we offer four tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can enjoy a refreshing Rostocker Pils while relaxing in a beach chair. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Seevogel! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This vintage-style “Lachmöwe” vacation apartment, located in the attic and measuring approximately 70 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The exposed beams give the apartment a special atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a second TV. Additionally, the apartment features a small room with a couch and TV for relaxing (limited ceiling height). The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen and the small room are located under the sloped ceiling; the kitchen has an additional skylight. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully fitted with high-quality PVC flooring. Shower room with a hair dryer. In the living room, you’ll find a TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi.
A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the garden. Take advantage of our spacious garden area, furnished with beach chairs.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dish towels, and a shower mat).
Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
