About this apartment rental
The "WarneSonne" 3-room vacation apartment is lovingly furnished. Located near the central Warnemünde church square, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from here to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Our approximately 50-square-meter, 3-room “WarneSonne” vacation apartment on the first floor comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a double bed. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen set, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment features laminate flooring throughout. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The living room features a cozy sitting area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV (cable), a radio, and a CD and DVD player. This vacation rental is for non-smokers only.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
A free parking space is available in the Molenfeuer parking garage.
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/warning sign: €5.00 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
