About this apartment rental
Located just about 200 m from the Warnemünde Baltic Sea beach at Fr.-Franz-Str. 53. Stunningly beautiful 3-room vacation apartments, "Kapitän Karsten" and "Kronprinz Frederik," for 2–4 people. Simply request a free brochure. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Kapitän Karsten” vacation apartment on the first floor features a large, bright living room (TV, radio, DVD, free Wi-Fi), two bedrooms with double beds, a great bathroom with shower (washing machine, hair dryer), a top-notch kitchen with all the essentials, and a very nice, large courtyard with a beach chair for relaxing.
In the basement, there is a private, spacious sauna newly installed in 2019 (please bring your own sauna towels).
The apartment’s initial amenities include a laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
