"Sunny Beach" Vacation Apartment

Located right next to the Warnemünde spa gardens, just about 5 minutes from the beach, our vacation apartments—Sonnenstrand, Wellenreiter, and Traumstrand—are available as a cozy vacation home in the restored Wilhelminian-style villa at Wachtlerstr. 7/8. The apartments are easily accessible via the elevator located inside the building. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, and services are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Located on the mezzanine level, the approximately 67-square-meter, 3-room “Sonnenstrand” apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a very nice bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a large sunroom with a double sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and laminate flooring. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people. Right next door, you’ll find the small 2-room vacation apartment “Traumstrand.” With this combination, up to 10 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation together. In the basement, you can use a washer and dryer for a fee. There is a lockable bike storage room in the basement; e-bikes can be charged on-site.
The apartment is accessible via a ramp and elevator.

One free parking space is available in the Kurhaus underground garage, just a few steps away.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Pet owners and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome for a fee. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Please note: Pipe-laying work is currently taking place on the street in front of the house; this may cause noise and disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
