Highly recommended! A great place in wonderful Warnemünde, which is now among our favorites

Located on a street heading towards the beach, just about 5-10 minutes from the sea. A very clean, nice, spacious and comfortable apartment for a family of four people. The kitchen was fully stuffed and it was very easy and fast to make meals, coffee and tea. It was very important as the weather in Warnemünde was sometimes windy and rainy, and we preferred to stay inside until it cleared up. The ladies at reception were very friendly, open and helpful. The Internet was great. There is a very nice yard, but we did not have a chance to use it because of weather.

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Warnemünde

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen sauber und ordentlich, Zentrum war gut zu erreichen ,Personal sehr freundlich.

Urlaub für jedermann.

Die wunderbare Nähe zu allen was Warnemünde ausmacht.Alles Fußläufig 3-5 min erreicht. Top 👍 Hafen , Bahnhof Geschäfte Gastronomie. Super auf jedenfall die Möglichkeit vor Ort zahlen . Gesamtes Umfeld alles sehr sauber und gepflegter Eindruck. Nette Chefin vor Ort.

Naja, kann man so und so sehen , man muss es nur verstehen is nur täglich en Schock. Die Sache mit dem Parken in Warnemünde. Auch wenn es 15 /18 Euro sind am Automaten. Sind es doch nur 1 Euro die Stunde bei 24h Parkplatzkosten. Also in den Punkt is das auch eine Sache der Stadt und nich eine Erfindung der Unterkunpft. Also unterm Strich gesehen . Passt so is halt so.

Klein und sehr fein

Lage zum Zentrum sehr gut. Die Wohnung Nr 4 hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Klein, aber fein. Besonders der große Balkon mit Strandkorb.. Ausstattung sehr stilvoll. Schade, daß keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind, aber die örtlichen Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe. Die Vermittlerin ist sehr freundlich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Annett

Es war alles sehr sauber und modern. Die Lage war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Angesichts des Preises wären bessere Handtücher und intakte Töpfe angebracht. Im Hof roch es stark nach Katzenurin, sodass wir die kleine Terrasse nicht nutzen und nicht lüften konnten.

Die Fewo war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, wenige hundert Meter zum Strand, Hafen und Bahnhof.

Da gab es nichts. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.

Gemütliches Appartement in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein Appartement im 1. OG mit Balkon zum Hof, so dass wir Fenster und Balkontür vollständig öffnen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Sofaecke bequem und die kleine Küche ist absolut ausreichend. Die Lage in Warnemünde ist fantastisch. Der Kontakt ist unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die Kopfkissen sollten erneuert werden, die Füllung ist etwas klumpig.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, aber steile Treppe.

Die Wohnung war klein, aber fein. Hier wurden die Betten clever gestellt, sodass man genug Platz hatte zum Laufen. Die Sessel und Betten waren bequem. Dafür hat man eine große Terrasse mit Strandkorb, auf der man gemütlich frühstücken kann. Die Lage ist super. Vom Bahnhof konnte man gut laufen. Ein Park ist um die Ecke, der Edeka wenige Minuten entfernt und zum Meer/Strand braucht man auch nicht mal 5 Minuten.

Es führte eine relativ steile Treppe nach oben zum Zimmer. Da mussten die Koffer, aber auch meine Mutter und der Hund hoch. Dies sollte bedacht werden. Die Küche war kleiner als gedacht. Es gab nur zwei Kochplatten, keinen Herd und Stellfläche war Mangelware. 20/Euro pro Nacht für den Hund ist relativ normal, finde ich trotzdem viel.

Sehr unkulantes Personal. Alles ganz gut gedacht aber wir fühlten uns etwas abgezockt!

Die Lage war sehr gut und hätten wir das Zimmer bekommen, das von booking bestätigt wurde, wären wir sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Wir hatten ein Familienapartment gebucht und bekamen mit 4 Personen und Hund ein aufgestocktes Zweibettzimmer! Es war sehr eng und obwohl wir die Buchungsbestätigung mit einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett für die Kinder hatten, gab es keine Einigung! Es war soo eng und es fehlten dadurch auch ein Schrank für die Kinder und Haken im Bad. Es war auf Deutsch der Preis für ein Familienzimmer und der Platz für ein Zweimannapartment !! Sehr schade!

Nahe am Ortskern, nahe am Strand! Sehr netter Empfang, sehr nette Gastgeberin! Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Fragen und Wünsche wurde sofort erfüllt!

Leider war die Ferienwohnung sehr klein und etwas dunkel! Wlan nicht wirklich vorhanden!

Wohnung war meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für diese Ausstattung.

Unkomplizierte Übergabe des Schlüssels und der Wohnung, schon vor der Zeit. Wir hatten vorher telefoniert und die Übergabesituation ausgemacht.

Die Betten waren nur 0,75 cm breit und bretthart.

Die super Lage des Appartements war einfach klasse, nur wenige Gehminuten von Stand, Stadtkern oder Mole entfernt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Kitchenette war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch 👍🏽

Küche zu wenig Arbeitsfläche, knarrendes Bett, defekter Fernseher, Türschloss klemmt, fehlende Haken für Handtücher, bei dem Preis ist nicht zu erwarten das man das Bett selber abzieht.
