Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus, komfortabel, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Die einzige kleine Unannehmlichkeit ist, dass der Boden nicht ganz sauber ist und ein wenig Staub. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gefallen, aber die Treppe war etwas unbequem – selbst für mich war es anstrengend hinaufzugehen, und für Kinder oder ältere Menschen könnte es noch schwieriger sein.“

Nähe Alter Strom im pittoresken Teil Warnemündes gelegen hat man hier ein nettes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Dachterasse. Die Aufgangtreppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil und nichts für Menschen mit Handycap. Der gestellte Parkplatz koste extra und war nur etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Apartment entfernt. Danach kann man Urlaub machen und sich in Warnemünde zu Fuß bewegen.
Dieses Apartment ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut.

Sehr zentral gelegen, absolut ruhig und Parkplatz in der Nähe. Für eine Ferienwohnung war grundsätzlich alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen lösungsorientiert. Eine sehr gute Kommunikation.
Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierung sollte wirklich mal angedacht werden. Leider war die Wohnung bei unserem Besuch in keinem Raum sauber und ein Wohlfühlen kam nicht auf.
