About this house rental
Enjoy your vacation in a quiet residential neighborhood in Warnemünde, right next to the Am Alten Strom shopping promenade at Alexandrinenstraße 67. Here you’ll find our little “Kapitänshaus” and the “Delfin” and “Claas” vacation apartments. The beach and the lighthouse are about 100 meters away. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a quaint vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and within sight of the lighthouse.
Our small, quaint “Captain’s House” is approximately 50 square meters in size, designed for 2–3 people, and features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a top-of-the-line kitchen on the first floor. The loft features a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are relatively steep.
On your quiet garden terrace, complete with a beach chair, you can enjoy the sun and a good glass of wine.
Amenities: Cable TV, radio/CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
The apartment’s initial supply includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
