The "Seevogel" villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. The Baltic Sea beach, the Alte Strom, the bus stop, and shopping options are just a few minutes' walk away. At Villa “Seevogel,” we offer four tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can enjoy a refreshing Rostocker Pils while relaxing in a beach chair. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Seevogel! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 46-square-meter, vintage-style “Seeadler” two-bedroom vacation apartment with a veranda on the mezzanine level comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a second TV. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully fitted with high-quality PVC flooring. Shower room with a hair dryer. In the living room, you’ll find a TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). The vacation rental is for non-smokers only. Enjoy our spacious garden area furnished with beach chairs.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Wir fahren zufrieden, die Wohnung liegt recht zentral Nähe Alter Strom, ist bei Hitze schön kühl. Ausstattung ist gut, wenn auch die Kopfkissen recht billig waren und Kleinigkeiten in der Küche fehlten (z.B. Sieb). Auf der Rasenfläche hinter dem Haus stehen zwei Strandkörbe die man benutzen kann. Allerdings sieht das Foto online schöner aus als die Stellfläche ist. Keine Blumen, eine hässliche Aussenwand, nicht einladend. Aber insgesamt ist die Wohnung in Ordnung und gut erhalten.
