In the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde—just around the corner from the Alter Strom, in a quiet yet central location—an ideal vacation home for you! Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in the “Blaue Koje” vacation apartment, with free parking. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Just around the corner from the Alter Strom, quiet yet centrally located—an ideal vacation home for four people!
Our 60 m² “Blaue Koje” three-room vacation apartment, newly renovated in 2019, can accommodate up to four people. It’s located on the mezzanine level in the historic center of Warnemünde. The vacation apartment is centrally located on Poststraße. It features all the amenities you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, TV with DVD player, radio, and free Wi-Fi. Our vacation apartment features a living room with an electric fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and two bedrooms (2.TV), each with ample closet space (please note that one bedroom is a walk-through room). This allows for private, personal items to be stored in the bedrooms as well, so everyone—including children and friends—has their own space. Thanks to this layout, there’s no need for the hassle of “rearranging” beds in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, making it easy to prepare meals and keep things tidy. Of course, the freezer is for ice cream for dessert… or ice cubes for your long drink. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the balcony.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
A free parking space is available in the Molenfeuer parking garage (5 minutes away).
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.
