Wie im letzten Jahr hat sich leider nichts getan Terrasse sehr lieblos und ungepflegt, Tisch und Stühle sollten mal ausgetauscht werden Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer stark verschmutzt Wasserhahn an der Spüle lose Alles Kleinigkeiten die leicht behoben sind und einen viel besseren Eindruck machen

Super Lage, Personal von Büro über booking und Hausmeister vor Ort super nett.

Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen von kaputten Jalousien, über Ausstattung im Bad, zusammengeknüllte Playstation im Schlafzimmer. Alles etwas lieblos und dabei wäre es eine so schöne Immobilie.

Es hatt viele schönheitsfehler und gewisse sachen di Kapput waren wie ein Stuhlbein das Bricht , Sonnenstoren im WC , Vorhänge und Teppich dreckig
