About this apartment rental
In the heart of Warnemünde, on Alexandrinenstraße, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Delfin” vacation apartment—featuring a large balcony—is available to guests on the first floor. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Our quietly located “Delfin” vacation apartment on the first floor is approximately 40 square meters in size and features a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide), a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, an open kitchen, and a large, sunny balcony with a beach chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave. The entire apartment has laminate flooring. The living room features satellite TV, a radio, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The vacation rental is for non-smokers only and accommodates 4 people. You can park your bicycles in the small courtyard.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, the Old River, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
