About this apartment rental
Cozy 2-room vacation apartment with a terrace and beach chair, sleeping 4 people, in the heart of Warnemünde. It’s just a few steps to Kirchplatz and the Alter Strom. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The building, located in the heart of Warnemünde, is right next to the central Kirchenplatz on Poststraße. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby.
Our “Meer Flair” vacation rental on the first floor, featuring a south-facing terrace with a beach chair, is located in the rear building of a small, green, and quiet courtyard. On Poststraße, you’ll find, among other things, an Asian restaurant and a health food store. On Kirchplatz, next to the church, you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office, a bank, a bus stop, a taxi stand, the Saturday market, various shops, and service providers. The southern end of the Alter Strom is a 3-minute walk away. Along the river, you’ll find quaint restaurants serving fish and other dishes. Dragon boat races and Waschzuber races are held here during Warnemünder Woche. The train station, located on the Mittelmole, is about 500 meters from the vacation rental.
When you enter our vacation rental, the hallway leads to the living room with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as to the bedroom and bathroom. In the quiet bedroom, you can store your clothes in the closet and relax in the double bed (1.60 m) after an eventful day. The children’s bed, with a mattress measuring 160 x 70 cm, is suitable for children who have outgrown the travel crib. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed (200 x 120). The dining table offers plenty of space. In addition to cabinets with dishes, the kitchenette includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with four burners and an oven, a dishwasher and a sink, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. In the hallway, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner in the built-in closets, just in case you need to clean something. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, as well as a hair dryer. The living room opens onto the terrace. During the warmer months, you can sit in a beach chair or on the patio chairs to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. In the car-free passageway leading to the backyard, you can store your bicycles, stroller, or similar items, protected from the weather. A travel crib for toddlers up to 36 months of age is available free of charge. A high chair for children from the time they can sit up until school age is also available free of charge. The vacation rental is for non-smokers only.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and their dogs are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
A free parking space is available in the Molenfeuer parking garage.
Baker’s, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Wir waren das 2.Mal in einer dieser Ferienwohnungen, es ist sauber, geräumig und bietet genug Erholungsphasen für die ganze Familie. Auch für gehbehinderte Menschen ist die Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Die Entfernung zum Hafen ist gering und auch rund um den Kirchenplatz gibt es genug Möglichkeiten ausserhalb der Ferienwohnung lecker essen zu gehen sowie einzukaufen.
Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen
