Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment “Sommerwind” in the “Bernstein” building in Warnemünde, located on the 2nd floor, is approximately 68 square meters and accommodates 2 to 4 people. You can easily reach your apartment and the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark” complex, comprising the “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne” buildings, was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we offer newly and tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.
Our modern, spacious 2-room “Sommerwind” vacation apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the “Bernstein” building, measures approximately 68 square meters and accommodates 2 to 4 people. The building has an elevator, allowing you to easily reach your vacation home. The living room (radio/CD/TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi) features a large glass front that lets in plenty of sunlight and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining area. You can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the large balcony. The bedroom features a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer is also available. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike room and your car in the underground parking garage (for a fee). The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial amenities for the apartment include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
